Learn how stacking your practice onto something you do regularly helps you to develop your regular routine. You will also explore what time of day you will practice and where. At the end of the session, the aim is to have an outline and clarity of your practice routine.

In this lesson, you will share a practice to support you if you need a brief reset in your day or if you’re new to meditation and would like to begin to regulate your practice within a shorter timeframe. It brings awareness to your breath, your body, and your state of being.

In this lesson, you will learn how long it takes to build a regular habit and what beneficial changes to expect in your brain over a period of time. You will also understand how to notice when the advantages of your practice show up in your daily life. You will set a clear intention for your meditation practice.

What If I Have A Setback? And Overcoming Other Obstacles
In this lesson, you will learn what to do if you have a setback, and how to navigate resistance. You’ll understand some of the mindset obstacles that can arise and ways that you can reframe them. In addition, you will be taught how to acknowledge and manage challenging emotions if they come up during your practice.

10 Minute Expanded Meditation
In this lesson, you will share in a 10-minute meditation practice. If you have been practicing the 5-minute meditation, this is an expanded version that you can use to regulate your meditation sessions within a longer time frame. Alternatively, you can also begin here. It’s also a good time frame if you haven’t got much time in your day. This practice brings awareness to your breath, your body and your state of being.

Ways To Support Yourself And Your Practice
In this lesson, you will look at how teachers can support you on your meditation journey and how creating a community helps keep you motivated. You also begin to understand that other people experience the same things you do and know that we all have the same challenges and struggles with meditation.
You will learn how journaling can benefit your practice and your understanding of yourself.

Movement + Breathwork To Help You To Meditate
In this lesson, you'll explore the tools of movement and breath work to help slow down the momentum that we bring with us into meditation. It helps you to calm the body, mind, and nervous system so you can feel more present. You will experience a simple breath practice that you can use before your meditation practice, or at any time in your day if you want to bring in a sense of calm.

In this lesson, you will reflect on all that you have learned. You are now prepared to create more consistency with meditation, as well as have resources that you can use to support you and know what to do if you have a setback. You will understand that it’s important to have a practice that works for you and your life and that you can experiment with your practice as you evolve.
