Finding Peace Using EFT Tapping
In this first lesson, we will be connecting with ourselves using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping). If you have already used tapping in your life this will be easy to follow along.
If you aren't familiar with the tapping points my suggestion is that you do this once paying close attention to the points and then do it again once you feel comfortable with the points so that you can focus on the actual sensations and thoughts that your inner knowing is bringing forth for you.
I use a call-and-response method - saying a statement and then leaving space for you to repeat that statement. In some instances, there will be additional questions that aren't meant for you to repeat but are a guide for inner reflection.
You may want to have a journal close by to capture any details that come up during the session or for reflection afterward.

Today we will be taking time to find peace in our physical body. Allowing you to notice what is happening in your body at this moment. Creating space to see what shifts and changes might serve you better. Don't forget to share in the course section whether this one was harder or easier for you to surrender to.

Finding Peace Within
In today's lesson, I invite you to grab a journal or a piece of paper to take some notes. We will be working with journaling questions. These questions are powerful for reflection and understanding and your answers will likely change with time. You may wish to keep these answers in a special place (if you don't have a journal) so that you can see the increase and shift you've had in peace over a given period.
