Breathing For Self-Healing
Time to heal with breath. Together, we will practice belly breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, tap into your energy flow, and support chakra alignment. Breath is our portal, so we will explore the power as a bridge between the physical body and the energetic system. Each technique is designed to gently regulate your inner state, creating space for deeper connection. With consistent practice, breath becomes a pathway home to your Self. Ah, the power of the spoken word. Yes, out loud! We will use sound and vibration through sacred mantras to activate each chakra. In this practice, we’ll explore how our words and intention can awaken the energy centers and restore balance. Each mantra carries a frequency that resonates with a specific chakra, inviting deeper alignment and connection. As you chant or listen, you’re not just using your voice—you’re tuning your entire system, allowing sound to become a vessel for healing, presence, and inner harmony. Visualization: A Powerful Path to Health
Oh, the power of the mind! Where would you like to go today? To the healing waters? Through guided visualization,s we cleanse, balance, and energize your chakras. In this practice, you’ll learn to direct awareness and imagination as tools for healing. Visualization activates your inner perception—allowing you to see, sense, and feel the energy centers with clarity and presence. By engaging the mind’s eye (third eye), we’ll invite symbolic imagery in to awaken the subtle body. It’s always fun to go adventuring.
