Light Bath Chakra Cleanse Meditation

In this deep breathing and guided meditation, we will cleanse our chakras with white healing light. In this light bath, we will open, balance, and clear old energy, making room for new. With white healing light from Source, we are tapping into our Higher Self and all the love and light that resides there. It is always within you, together, we will just connect with it.

Welcome to your Light Bath Chakra Cleanse Meditation.

My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.

Get comfortable,

Connected.

We're going to start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Breathing into our belly.

Let's set the intention that we are open to receive.

Deep breath in and out.

Again inhale all the way to the top and exhale it all out.

And one more,

Really connecting this time,

In and out.

Today we access the natural healing rhythms of our body.

Close our eyes and roll them upwards and breathe.

Focus your intention on the top of your head,

Slowly opening your crown chakra,

Allowing white light in.

For now,

My voice is your voice.

Visualize with your mind's eye and just breathe with the rhythm of your heart.

Let's begin.

A stream of vibrant white light is flowing infinitely down from source,

In through my now opened crown chakra.

The light washes over me as I purify,

Cleanse myself of worry,

Fear,

And anxiety.

This light flows through me with unconditional love,

Joy,

And vitality,

Filling me up.

I feel it nourish every cell of my body and radiate love.

It flows through me,

Enriching and enlivening me.

I am open and into this I breathe.

From my crown chakra I breathe the white light deeper into my third eye,

Filling it with love and light.

I release all that no longer serves me and I free myself from any challenges in my way.

I reach out to divine and request white light to grant me sight to my inner vision and allow my perspective to expand infinitely.

I can see now and into this I breathe.

From here I breathe the white light down further into my throat chakra.

My truth is lighting up.

I release all things that hinder the truth of who I really am.

As I breathe out the white light is passing through my throat chakra and releasing the truth into the universe through my powerful voice.

I am free and into this I breathe.

Next I move the white light down into my heart chakra with my breath.

I feel the ultimate expansion at my infinite rate as pure white light consumes every aspect of my heart center.

My heart now radiates as a brilliant white sphere of light,

Of love.

I am love and into this I breathe.

I now bring the healing white light into my solar plexus just below my chest.

I release myself from all limitations,

All expectations that are placed upon me.

I live freely and openly.

I feel my power emanate,

Pulsating with pure intention.

I am a force and into this I breathe.

I now breathe this pure white light into my sacral chakra just below my navel,

The space I was born from.

I breathe deeply into this space,

Nurturing deep respect and a fostering nature towards my inner child.

I am creative in all my light.

I am worthy and into this I breathe.

Now I breathe the pure healing white light down into my root chakra.

This grounds me within this reality and provides me with a strong foundation.

I feel an ancient connection to Mother Earth and all of my fellow humans.

I am safe and into this I breathe.

With every breath I am becoming this light from the source of creation,

Through my entire being and deep into the core of Mother Earth.

I am becoming the vibrations and the frequencies of this healing white light.

When I breathe out the white light I send its healing energy out to all humanity.

I am connected and into this I breathe.

The healing light resides within me and circulates through my being,

Cleansing me of any obscurities,

Impurities that have misconstrued my perception of love.

Old and stagnant energy is instantly eradicated and replaced with the vibrant energy of life.

I am released and into this I breathe.

I now breathe the white light through my emotional being.

I cleanse and purify all negative emotions.

I release all stagnant feelings that no longer serve my higher purpose.

I guide the white light through my entire emotional being as it washes and cleanses me.

I am cleansed and into this I breathe.

I breathe as the white light enters through my higher self.

I recognize and meet my higher self who exists in the past,

Present and future as we share in the light and then become the light we expand further.

I am presence and into this I breathe.

I breathe this healing white light into within and throughout my entire being.

As I breathe out one last time,

I ask the white light to permanently radiate within me,

Outside me,

And throughout me for all time.

I surrender myself to the light.

I am the light.
