Get comfortable,
Straight back.
We're going to begin with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into our belly.
Today we will be using the Jose Silva Mind Control Method.
Where we are breathing,
Counting backwards from 100 with the intention of health and optimal wellbeing and harmony in our body.
Before we begin,
Turn your gaze upward towards your third eye with your eyes closed.
Take a few deep breaths.
Set the intention for healing and health.
Maybe a little prayer or guidance and visualize in your mind's eye,
Yourself at your happiest,
Wherever that may be.
So take a deep breath in and out.
Turn the gaze upward,
Eyes closed and we'll begin.
