We are human,
Here,
On this earth,
Experiencing life through the lens of simplicity and complexity at the same time.
When we are asked to let go,
Trust,
And surrender,
There is no instruction manual.
And yet,
We're here,
Expected to do just that,
Instruct ourselves to handle it.
So today,
Let's talk about what it really means to release,
Let go,
And just be.
Welcome to Breathe With Me,

Find a comfortable place,
And create your sacred space to connect.
Today,
Let's just breathe.
Deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Finding a rhythm that works for you,
And settle in.
Deep breath in,
And out,
In,
And this last one.
Just really breathe deep,
With intention,
And release all the way out.
And for now,
Let my voice be your voice,
And breathe with me.
Letting go means attachment.
We are attached.
Letting go doesn't mean forcing yourself to get over something,
To get through or push through.
It is about surrender,
Understanding,
Forgiveness,
And self-compassion.
Sometimes your heart needs to break a little for the light to get in.
What are we letting go of today?
What are we fully surrendering to,
Welcoming in,
Or forgiving together today?
When we attach to our beliefs about how life should go,
We may suffer,
Because there is resistance.
When we resist what is happening,
We may suffer further,
Until we realize what it is,
Is here,
And full acceptance can end that suffering.
Let's breathe into the answer of what are we attached to.
Is it helping or hindering?
Is it in the way?
Breathe in,
All the way out.
Letting those emotions rise to the surface,
Free,
Experiencing a loss or grief doesn't mean we don't feel.
It's okay to lean into anger,
Confusion,
Bitterness,
But once we begin to attach ourselves to these emotions,
Therein lies the suffering.
So we just accept,
Allow,
And let it be.
And breathe.
Set your intention on you now,
Where you are in this moment,
With full acceptance,
With grace,
And patience,
As you navigate this life.
You are doing amazing.
Give yourself some credit.
And as we breathe,
Envision what it would be like to detach,
And float above your worries,
And release any suffering that is connected.
And just know,
You are protected,
Divinely protected,
Always.
Lean into the breath whenever you feel stuck.
Let's take a few lasting,
Grounding breaths as we end this session in gratitude.
I am grateful for where I am today,
Who I am,
And where I will go.
Deep breath,
All the way in,
And release all the way out.
