What does my heart know that my brain could know? Take a couple of deep breaths. Tune into your body. Let go of other thoughts, Other concerns, Just for a few minutes. Feel like you could place a hand on your heart. For a couple of minutes, We're going to tune in. What is it that's going on at our heart? What does my heart know that my brain could know? Take a moment. Take a couple of deeper breaths. Relax into your body. Relax your forehead and eyebrows, Soften your jaw, Your mouth, Your neck and shoulders, Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Notice your chest and your stomach. Relax so that you can breathe. And then tune in. Tune into any sensation or feeling in your heart center. You can put one or both hands on your heart if you like. Feel the warmth of your hands. What does my heart know? If you have an issue you're struggling with or a specific question, Focus on that. Otherwise, Just tune into this sensation, To that location, Just behind your hands, Your heart center. And see what comes up. What does my heart know? Keep a bit in touch with your breath and that you're watching thoughts. We're not thinking about it. We're not trying to figure it out. We're also not following trains of thoughts that are really just a distraction. Let yourself become quiet for a moment. And sit with this question. What does my heart know? The mind might come in or just to think about this or that or give evidence in support or against. And we can think about it later. Right now, We're just watching. We're paying attention in the heart center. We're noticing what comes up, What comes up in thoughts or other energy from this place of the witness. What does the heart know? Give yourself this few minutes on a really regular basis. Could be first thing in the morning, Could be when you stop before you have lunch, Could be last thing before you go to bed or it might be while you're out walking. Tune into this energy in the heart center. Just drop that question in, What does my heart know?

I really liked. For me only the voice guiding our attention is better then guided with music. Gratitude for that intention! 🙇🏼♂️
