After suffering from years of depression, anxiety and insomnia, Hanna began a mission to make the happiness she so desperately wanted a reality. A few years down the line – and a lot of study and meditation practice later – the depression, anxiety and insomnia were a thing of the past. Hanna’s experience was so life-changing she decided to re-train as a mindfulness coach with a new mission: to teach others the skills to live a happy and meaningful life.
