Kate was introduced to Yoga Nidra when she trained as a yoga teacher in 2019. She loved it so much she went on to do specialist training, realising Nidra holds so much more than just reading aloud from a book. Yoga Nidra is a world within itself: its powerful yet effortless practice offers precious space to rest and restore, rebalance, recalibrate, and re-connect with ourselves in ways we have forgotten. With regular Nidra practice, we really do become AWAKE in ways we have been sleeping before.
