I see the good and the bad.
As a doorway into higher living.
So come into a seated posture if you can.
And allow the eyes to gently close.
Relax.
Softening the top of the head.
The shoulders Um.

Torso the legs and feet.
Tuning in with the breath.
Feeling the rise and the fall that happen.
With the breathing.
And we'll begin the affirmation,
Just this one.
We'll say it.
Free time.
So I'll say it first,
And then if you repeat,
After me.
Let it go as deeply as you possibly can.
I'm going to grow today Whatever happens.

And then let it fade away.
Then come back to the breathing.

It will come up.
You'll find yourself in a situation.
And you won't want to be in the situation.
And you'll be trying everything to get out of it.
But this will instead stop you from running away.
And you'll actually look for something in that situation.
And hopefully.
