In just three days the student will learn a powerful, life-changing technique, enabling them to establish their own mindfulness meditation practice.


Meet your Teacher

Christopher has practiced meditation for over two decades and has taught it for eighteen years. In this time he has with the techniques he teaches, overcome many of his difficulties which resulted from a life of struggle, with undiagnosed ADHD. His main focus in life is helping others to overcome their struggles.

Lesson 1

What Is Mindfulness And What Are The Benefits Of Practice?

In this lesson, Christopher explains what mindfulness is and what its benefits are. He then introduces the key elements of the meditation practice. The correct posture and the connection with feeling the breath, are introduced. Christopher then guides a two-minute meditation to allow the student to feel the practical element of meditation.

Lesson 2

Working With Thoughts And Counting

In the lesson, Christopher introduces counting as a method to stay connected to the breath. Counting also alerts the student to their mind having wandered into thinking. Christopher then introduces the method of addressing thoughts and how to work with them.

Lesson 3

The Full Ten-Minute Meditation Practice

In the lesson, Christopher puts everything taught into one ten minute meditation practice. There are periods of longer periods of silence in this final practice to enable the student to work with less guidance. This final lesson provides the student with everything that they need to establish a simple, yet powerful, meditation practice.
