This 10-session course is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself. Through guided visualizations, reflections, and daily teachings, you’ll learn to soften self-criticism, release perfectionism, set loving boundaries, and rediscover the calm confidence that comes from within. Each session offers a moment of reconnection — a chance to pause, breathe, and remember that you are already enough. What You’ll Learn: How to shift from self-judgment to self-compassion How to recognize and rewrite limiting inner stories How to meet your younger self with kindness and healing How to create and maintain healthy, loving boundaries How to receive support and love without guilt How to trust your authentic voice and speak from truth How to become your own ally — steady, kind, and grounded What to Expect: Each session start with a short theory and followed by a guided visualization with music to help you integrate insight through experience. You’ll move gently from awareness to healing, from doing to being — reconnecting with your inner strength, clarity, and peace. By the end of the course, you’ll not only think differently about yourself — you’ll feel differently within yourself.


Meet your Teacher

Migena Gjerazi is a certified leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and teams grow through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection. Her approach blends coaching psychology, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to guide people toward deeper self-trust and purpose. Trained and certified by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and Organizational Relationship Systemic Coaching (ORSC), Migena integrates evidence-based tools with a compassionate, experiential style. Her work focuses on helping others reconnect with their inner strength, find clarity in moments of change, and lead their lives with greater confidence and presence.
