Good morning dear you.
I assume you are tired this morning for whatever reasons that is and I want to thank you for taking this time for yourself to try and reset and get some grounding.
Let's start with taking some slow deep breaths together.
Pay attention to your breaths.
Deep and slow.
We are not in a hurry.
Let's be here for now.
Let's get connected to these conscious breaths.
These are life entering you.
These are your doorway to connect to yourself right here and right now.
These are your anchors.
Witness your breaths coming in and going on the exhale for another new one to take the turn.
There are no other expectations of you right now.
Just breathe.
Slow.
And if you could,
Send these breaths all over your body.
Feel the oxygen expanding your lungs and feel your lungs contract on the exhale.
Feel the rhythm of your breaths.
Nothing else.
Nothing else is required of you now.
Nothing else is needed from you now.
Remind yourself that you are here for you.
Feel the rhythm.
One of the reasons we get tired is when our hearts get closed.
Now put your attention into your heart now.
What does it say to you?
What does it want for you?
What does it need to stay open?
Listen and pay close attention to any sensations in your body.
How is your heart communicating to you?
Breathe all that in.
And exhale.
Set an intention to keep your heart open today and witness the energy flowing from you.
Breathe that intention in.
And when you're ready,
Let it go.
Release it.
Take a couple of deep breaths in now.
And when you're ready to start the new day,

And if you need to stretch or move your body a little,
Please do that.
Listen to your needs.
And if you have fallen asleep again while doing this,
It's okay.
