Well,

Firstly,

Thank you for taking this time to get some clarity on your answer.

And secondly,

Please find a place where you can be comfortable and undisturbed for some time.

You can choose to close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Whatever feels good to you.

Now,

Let's take some deep belly breaths to become present in the here and now.

And take those breaths at your own time and see if you're tense anywhere in your body.

And breathe into those places and relax.

Take all the time you need here.

Really becoming present and grounded is very important for this process.

And now bring to your attention the request you have received.

Just repeat it inside you.

And listen.

Breathe in and listen.

Listen to any response from your body.

What is happening inside of you?

Is there any tingling sensations anywhere?

What are you becoming aware of?

When you repeat the request in your mind,

Does your body feel lighter or heavier?

Do you feel elevated or drained?

Is your body expanding or contracting?

Listen to your body.

It has the answer.

And if it is impossible for you to listen to your body right now because your mind is in the way,

Well,

You can ask your mind.

If I say yes to this request,

What am I saying no to?

And listen to the replies.

It might be more than one.

Take some deep breaths now.

Trust that you know the answer.

And shut down all those inner critical voices that are loud right now.

A good practice is to journal.

Let your hand glide on the paper without stopping to analyze or judge what you're writing.

And you're welcome to set a timer for this.

Keep on doing that until you know.

And trust that you know the answer.

What is the best for you,

For the situation,

For everyone involved?

You know.
