Welcome.

Take a moment to find a position that feels comfortable for you.

Whether sitting or lying down.

When you've found that position,

Let your hands rest gently and allow your shoulders to soften.

Take a natural breath in and let it flow out slowly.

There's nothing to do right now.

This is your moment to simply rest and connect with yourself.

It is a gift of self-care moment to yourself.

Now let's take another gentle breath together.

Inhale softly and exhale,

Letting any tension begin to melt away.

With each breath,

Feel your body settling,

Your mind quietening and your heart softening.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply and exhale fully.

As you breathe,

Begin to notice the rhythm of your body,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest.

The way the air feels as it enters and leaves.

No need to change anything.

Just be here,

With yourself.

Now,

Imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing within your chest.

This light represents your inner peace,

Your center.

With every inhale,

Feel this light growing warmer and steadier.

With every exhale,

Feel it expanding outward,

Filling your entire body with calm and peace.

If your mind wanders,

That's ok.

Gently guide your focus back to the light.

Let it remind you that peace isn't something to chase,

It's already within you.

Stay here for a moment,

Simply being.

No expectations,

No tasks,

Just you.

Your breath and this warm,

Steady light.

Simply be.

Continue breathing.

Now,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The air on your skin and take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Carry this sense of calm and connection with you into the rest of your day.
