Kate Ryder

We provide mindfulness based courses in the NHS for people with physical health conditions. Our courses have been running since 2013 and all our teachers practice in line with UK guidelines. Our vision is to enable people within our Trust, both patients and staff, to cultivate mindful awareness and compassion with their experiences, in order to move towards greater physical and emotional well-being. Our hope is that this practice and teaching is of benefit to us all.

I liked it and will come back again. however important to mention two things. one: the mic noise came and go and what very very distracting and two: it ends very abruptly. a gradual bringing us back would have been great. namaste 🙏
