The pause.

This is a short practice to help us to stop and reconnect with the present moment.

So inviting you to ask a simple question such as How am I feeling right now?

Or perhaps what am I experiencing in this moment?

And noticing without judging whatever's here.

So keeping this practice simple.

Getting into the habit of stopping and checking in with the present moment.

And after you've paused simply carrying on with the next moments of your day.

Perhaps practicing this several times a day to help you to learn to stop,

Interrupt our automatic pilot and reconnect with whatever's here.
