Welcome.

Please bring awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

And what we're going to do is draw in our awareness from all directions as a way to really feel ready,

Centered,

And alert.

This is all very intangible,

But feel as if you are drawing in awareness from the space in front of you,

Almost as if there's this magnetic pull to the space between your eyebrows from everything in front.

Any distractions feel as if you're pulling it in,

And then it no longer exists in front of you.

So there's no distraction externally in front.

And then sense the space behind you.

Feel as if you're drawing all of that in through the back of your mind,

But all the way to the space between your eyebrows.

Sense the space to your left.

Draw your awareness in from everything from your left side.

Draw awareness in from everything that exists on your right side.

Sense the space above you.

Feel this magnetic pull.

Draw all of it in to the space between your eyebrows.

Sense the space below you.

Draw awareness in from there.

From all directions,

You've,

In a way,

Removed distraction.

You've pulled everything in so that all that is here is you in this space,

In this time,

And everything else feels blurry.

Please take a deep breath in and exhale,

Release.

Bring your hands to your heart center,

A slight bow to your head.
