My takeaway: The playing the lungs clock breathing game as effortly as possible is a game changer.... it's replicating unconscious breathing a bit earlier to see the auto expand and collapse . That was exactly what I needed! I’ve used countless guided meditations over the years, mostly body scans. But, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to just let my thoughts gently flow in and out like that before. I felt so much better afterward in my body and mind. Thank you so much!

So many thoughts about this meditation... Thank you! I appreciate your approach to thoughts. My human mind is designed to have them and this meditation gives me permission to be human. By the end, I found myself sorting my thoughts according to "value." The unimportant & angry thoughts about the past (recent & distant) were dismissed, and practical, quality thoughts about my day ahead were better organized (I did this in the morning). As I move into my day, I'm moving with a relatively calm, organized mind, and a sense that I don't have to give all thoughts equal value. I can focus on the thoughts that are useful & true for me today. I know I'll come back to this meditation. It's an excellent investment of 33 minutes! Thank you!!

I have 100 things demanding my attention today. After the 1st few moments of the meditation, I thought, "This meditation is the last thing I need this morning!" But I persevered. I'm grateful I did. I still have 100 things clamouring for my attention today, but I'm calm, focused, and ready to meet the day. I'll take this meditation with me today, and use it again when I need the reminder. Thank you!!
