This is eight hours of peaceful pink noise, shaped to feel warm, steady, and easy to fall asleep to. When played softly, it creates a gentle sound bed that helps your nervous system settle and makes the night feel quieter. Pink noise has a naturally softer, more balanced tone than white noise. It leans slightly toward the lower frequencies, giving it a warm, even quality that many people find calming. At low volume, it forms a smooth, stable field of sound that supports deep, continuous rest throughout the night. If white noise ever feels a little too bright, pink noise can be a more comfortable alternative. It’s still neutral and consistent, but with a gentler edge. I also have white and brown noise tracks available, so you can experiment and see which one your body responds to best. For best results, set the volume just above the threshold of awareness. If you can barely hear it, you’re using it exactly as intended.
