This is eight hours of deep, boring brown noise — the warmest and most low‑key of the noise colours. When played softly, it creates a steady, uneventful sound bed that helps your nervous system settle and makes the night feel quieter. Brown noise leans into the lower frequencies, giving it a soft, rolling quality that many people find especially comforting. It’s less bright than white noise and gentler than pink noise, which makes it ideal if you’re sensitive to sharper sounds or just want something that fades into the background and stays out of the way. If you’ve ever wished for a sound that does absolutely nothing — in the best possible sense — brown noise might be the one. I also have white and pink noise tracks available, so you can experiment and see which version your body relaxes into most easily. For best results, set the volume just above the threshold of awareness. If you can barely hear it, you’re using it exactly as intended.
