Practical easy to understand lessons on anger. The topic of anger could go much further but that would be a longer course. A good starter course. Teacher is calm and caring.

What a great course. It really has transformed my anger. I've healed my past wounds and have a new way of relating with my partner. We listened to the last 3 sessions together and now have a framework for when I'm triggered in conversations or conflict. Safety is a big deal for me as I never had it as a child, which is what triggers my anger, a defensive fight response. This course helped me 1. Understand that 2. Give me tools to heal 3. This was really insightful. I had no idea that my anger, when I got right to the core of it, was from a lack of safety in my childhood. I thought my Dad just passed his anger on to me. But his anger created a lack of safety which then made me use anger to try and feel safe because I had no tools to keep myself safe. I now know how to help my inner child feel safe so I don’t have to shoes anger anymore in the way I have before. I will always use the tool of listening to my anger from now on. It taught me so much. Thank you. This course was a game changer.
