Our inner child is always with us. They are there every moment of every day. And they are either feeling safe and secure that you are able to handle life and the situations that are ahead of you, or they’re feeling separate from you and are feeling unsafe and feeling like they need to step in and take control of the situation because they feel triggered by the things that are happening to you and around you. This is a daily check-in for you to do after you have done the Inner Child Healing.

Our inner child is always with us.

They are there in every moment of every day.

And they're either feeling safe and secure that you are able to handle life and the situations that are ahead of you,

Or they're feeling separate from you and are feeling unsafe and feeling like they need to step in and take control of the situation because they feel triggered and scared by the things that are happening to you and around you.

Your inner child can be a part of you,

Part of your psyche that helps and supports you to do amazing things in your day and can help you feel grounded if they feel safe,

Or they can feel unsafe and be calling out and making your day and how you react in situations to be very difficult and not what you expected.

They can also affect your mood and really put you in a spin.

Doing this check-in each morning will help you to have a balanced and grounded day.

I've done a separate inner child healing where you can go in and heal your inner child and your triggers.

This is a daily check-in once you've done the main healing and you would like to work on reparenting yourself and further integrate your inner child relationship.

So you can do this as you are wandering around the yard in the morning drinking your cup of coffee or tea.

You can do this in a silent meditation,

It's totally up to you how you do it.

So wherever you are right now I want you to see who it is that's around you,

The inner child,

Parts of your psyche.

There may be one or there may be more and I just want you to look at each of them and say I see you,

I'm so proud of who you are and I'm so grateful that you've stepped forward to be seen.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

You might even like to tell them a few things that are going to happen in your day today,

Let them know what's going on but the main thing they need to know is that they are safe and that you have got control of the situation.

Tell them one thing that you needed to hear when you were a child,

Maybe it's how proud of them you are,

Maybe it's how beautiful they are,

Maybe it's how special they are.

You also might like to give them a job for the day.

When you're a child you are most connected to what it is that you came here to do and so you might like to give them a role for the day to help connect you to your intuition and to guide you through this beautiful day that lay ahead because they know what it is that you came here to do and they can give you these messages during the day in a gentle way,

In a way that you'll recognize and be able to follow and you promise them that when they speak up like this that you will listen.

You look around and you thank them now and they all come in really close to you and you hold them all.

If they're small enough you can pick them up and carry them,

If you're sitting down you can hold them on your lap and just tell them how much you love them and how important and precious they are to you as you see them integrate into your body,

Into yourself.

You have a feeling of being grounded and safe and this is a feeling that you take into your day.

Go forth and have a magical day.

The world is a better place with you in it.

Tracy. Having spent the first 6/7 months of life in hospital w meningitis, born to a single ma in late 60's Catholic Ireland, the nuns did not want to let my mother keep me.
