Releasing the connection to the patriarchy from your masculine line.
I invite you now to come into your body.
Taking some deep breaths.
Dropping in to your body.
Dropping in to any thoughts that may be going around in your mind.
Coming in to this moment.
You see yourself standing.
You turn around.
And behind you,
You see men.
And they come from both sides of your family.
Those who came from your father's line.
On your right side.
And those who came from your mother's father's line.
Over your left shoulder.
The women in your ancestry all have fathers and husbands.
And we offer healing to them as well.
In order to heal,
To truly heal,
We need to go back to the very beginning.
Where it all began.
As I say this,
You see the men step forward.
Who were first to be kept in fear by the patriarchy.
There may be two,
Or there may be a few more.
Depending on how far you go back.
They step forward and all face the direction of a figure that represents the patriarchy.
They're all going to say words.
And as they do,
Each word they say with I give you back,
You see energy being returned to its place of origin.
Within the figure of the patriarchy.
It all flows from your ancestor back there.
As they release.
They say,
I give you back your fear.
I give you back your sense of right and wrong,
Good and bad.
I give you back your hatred.
I give you back not ever being good enough.
I give you back what you believe being a man to be.
I give you back all that came with your patriarchal rule.
Everything else that has kept me small.
I hand it all back now.
It all flows back to the figure of the patriarchy.
And from where you are standing,
As they say the words,
You feel it lift out of your own body and go back to the patriarchy.
As it does for all of the hundreds or thousands of ancestors that are standing between you and the source where it all began with the patriarchy.
It flows back out of every single one of them.
To where it belongs.
Now the ancestors choose to reclaim all that they gave away.
Somebody can only have power over you if you hand parts of yourself to them.
And this is what happened all those years ago.
And now it's time for them to claim it back.
And as they say the words,
I bring back.
You see it coming from the figure of the patriarchy back into their bodies.
And it comes back as a beautiful white light energy and it fills their body with light.
And they say,
I bring back my freedom.
I bring back my ability to provide for my family in a way that comes from my heart.
I bring back my sovereignty to make my own choices for my life and for my family.
I bring back my right to have boundaries.
I bring back my authentic voice to speak up when I know things are wrong around me.
And to speak from my heart and my authentic truth.
I bring back my feeling of safety in this world.
I bring back my power.
I bring back all that was given to you to keep me small and to not stand up for my sovereign rights.
It all comes back to me now.
It all comes back to me now.
You see this coming back into your ancestors as light.
And it fills them up with so much light that they burst into big balls of light.
These men stand in their power as a big beautiful balls of light that they are strong and leading from their heart.
They turn to all of the ancestors and they say this is for you all.
And it flows,
The light from within them flows down through all of your ancestors all the way to you.
Love can only be given from your parents and from their parents and so on all the way back to these men in the form that they have available to them.
Previously they did not have this available and now they do.
Accept it with grace and feel the light flow into your body.
Feel it all coming back to you.
And that fills you up with so much light that you burst in to a big ball of light.
You can see all of your ancestors lining up and facing forward.
You choose now to face forward and feel the support of all of these ancestors behind you.
Then you look over your right shoulder.
Right at the back of the line one of your ancestors you can see is shining very bright,
Brighter than them all.
And he steps out of the line and moves forward to you.
You turn to speak to him.
He is your ancestor who has always been able to live from his heart and his deep authentic masculine strength.
He spoke up when he saw something wrong.
He loves his family with passion and was devoted to their happiness as well as his own.
He always led from the front with his heart and people looked up to him as a leader.
He is in his true authentic heart based masculine power.
He says to you,
All that I am is all that you are.
This is all available to you now.
He says,
I will support you fully to be in your true masculine power.
And I am with you always.
You can call on me to stand behind you any time you require me and I will do so with honor.
And now he has a special message that's just for you.
Give yourself time to hear his words.
You bow to him and all of your ancestors and turn forward facing your future.
You can see the expanse and the possibilities as you look out into your future.
You feel the power of the masculine coursing through your body.
And remember that this is available to you always,
In all ways.
It is time now for you to take a step into your future.
And this step comes from the full support of all your ancestors and is in your full and powerful masculine self.
Take that step now and know that every step that you take from now on is powerful and filled with support from all those that made it possible for you to be here today.
As you come back to this present moment and start to hear all the things in the room around you and outside,
You keep that feeling of support and know that it is available to you at all times.
Go forth and be your authentic heartfelt self.
The world is a better place with you in it.
