Heal Patriarchal Wounds In Your Feminine Line

Not so long ago ago, Women couldn’t survive without a man. Survival meant having to be married. The women who came before us lived in submission to the patriarchy. They lived in fear.

This trauma is held in the DNA of all of us. Still today we have disparity between men and women in the workplace and society. We can fight against the patriarchy, or we can heal the trauma we are carrying for our ancestors and stand in our true power.

I invite you to heal so we can find a new way forward.

Releasing the fear of the patriarchy from your feminine line coming now into your body closing your eyes and breathing give yourself a moment to drop in drop in to any thoughts bringing yourself to this moment it's time to begin you see yourself standing and you see women over both of your shoulders those who came from your mother's line over your left shoulder and those who came from your father's mother's line over your right shoulder the men in your ancestry all have mothers and we are offering healing to them as well in order to heal we need to go back to the very beginning where it all began as i say this you see the women step forward who were the first to be kept in fear by the patriarchy there may be two there may be a few more depending on how far back this goes in your ancestry they step forward and all face the direction of a figure that represents the patriarchy they all say these words to the figure that represents the patriarchy and as they do you can see the energy being returned when they say i give you back it's returned to its place of origin within the figure of the patriarchy the women stand there and they say i give you back your fear and it flows back to the patriarchy i give you back your sense of right and wrong good and bad and it flows back i give you back your hatred i give you back not ever being good enough i give you back all that came with your patriarchal rule everything else that has kept me small i hand it all back now and you see this all flow back to the patriarchy and as you see this from the ancestors where it began you see it also lift from all of the ancestors in your lineage all the way back to you when the healing happens where it began where it began it automatically lifts from your body and the body of your ancestors you see it rise and you see it all flow back to the source of where it began now you see those first women where it all began reclaim what it is that they gave away and as they reclaim it and they say i bring back to me you see it flow from the patriarchy back into the women and fill them with light and fill them with that which they have been missing i bring back my freedom i bring back my ability to provide for my family i bring back my sovereignty to make my own choices for my life i bring back my right to pleasure in all forms that it takes i bring back my right to have boundaries around my body and say no or yes i bring back my voice and my ability to speak up and be heard i bring back my feeling of safety and belonging in this world i bring back my heart and i bring back my power i bring back my power and i bring back my power and i bring back all that was given to you to keep me small and to not stand up for my sovereign rights and you see all of this flowing back into these women your ancestors where it all began and it fills them up and they fill up with so much beautiful white light that they burst into beautiful big balls of light and then they turn and face the ancestors all the way down to you and the light that is within them that is bursting out of them now flows through all of you you can only receive through your ancestors what it was they have available to give you and now this is all available from them to you no longer do you carry the old trauma patterns now you carry the new vibration of love power strength sovereignty safety you feel yourself filling up with this beautiful white light and you feel it fill you up so much that you burst into a big ball of light as does everyone between you and all of your ancestors right back to where this began and now you look to the left of your ancestors and here you'll see someone step out from right at the back the brightest shining light of them all and she steps forward towards you you see her in front of you she is your ancestor from the times when the goddess rained over the earth and things were in perfect balance and flow she says to you all that i am is also available to you she says i will support you fully to be in your true feminine power and i am with you always you can call on me anytime and i will stand behind you and support you in any way that i can and now she has a special message just for you give yourself time to hear her words you bow to her say thank you and you bow to all of your ancestors as she steps to the back of the line and all of your ancestors are there facing forward and you turn around and face forward as well facing your future you see the expanse and the possibilities you feel the power of the feminine coursing through your body and you remember that this is available to you always and always through your body and you remember that this is available to you always and in all ways it is time for you now to take a step into your future and this step comes with the full support of all your ancestors and is in your full and powerful self take that step now and know that every step that you take from now on is powerful and filled with support from all those that made it possible for you to be here today as you come back to this present moment and hear all the things around you you keep that feeling of support with you keep that feeling of support with you and know that it is available to you at all times go forth and be your authentic and amazing self the world is a better place with you in it
