Meet your Teacher

Doug is a meditation and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience who has recently completed his Masters in neuroscience. The result is this beginner's course that combines science and spirituality and is designed to show as many people as possible the joys of meditation. You'll be shown the basics, learn the history and science behind mediation and be given plenty of opportunity to put theory into practice.

Love Is All You Need: Guided Meditation

In this final guided meditation, I'll help you generate love before showing you how to share it with others. We often think of Love as something we only receive from others in a physical sense, but love resides within us. Let's cultivate that love and send it out into the world as a final act together.
