We have all had a lifetime of breathing experience, however, not all of us do it correctly. In this episode, you'll learn how to breathe optimally. You'll learn about our breathing muscle and how we can utilise physics to get our best breath of air. We'll end with a guided breath exercise. Lesson 3

Trilogies Are The Best

We love breaking things up into threes. Breathing is no different. In this episode learn about nose breathing and then a full guided session to show you the full capacity of the diaphragm. Box Breathing (Sama Vritti)

In this session, we get to implement all the lessons we have learnt so far and add in a breath-hold. The idea is simple enough. Breathe in, hold, breathe out hold all for a count of 4. And Relax...

The 4,7,8 technique is a powerful tool for relaxation. In this guided session you'll begin to feel the full effect of this breathing as you drift into a calm state.
