The Best Intention for the Meditation Practice It's not about getting more serenity or calm.
It's not about stopping your mind or not thinking about anything.
It's not just being with yourself.
It's not forgetting the past and not thinking about the future.
It's not about pausing the routine or forgiving what hurts.
It's also not exclusively about being aware of your body or your breath during the practice,
Despite it is a practice of meditation in itself.
So when I practice meditation,
I intend to be fully and fully integrated into the meditation practice itself.
When I practice meditation,
I surrender,
Release,
And let go of everything that goes beyond the practice of meditation.
During the meditation practice,
I return,
I experience,
And I embrace the meditation practice itself.
When I practice meditation,
I constantly breathe in the meditation practice,
And I constantly breathe out what is not part of the meditation practice.
Everything else I trust,
Just like in meditation practice.
