We will use energetic tools to support you through this short course, and you will learn how to do this practice for yourself, over and over again. Meet your Teacher

Bianca is an Energy Healer, Kinesiologist, Intuitive and Fertility Activator. She loves teaching, guiding and awakening others to the energetic world that we live in. From an early age, Bianca was aware that others didn't respond to the world in the same way that she did. She is highly sensitive and this was never seen as an attractive attribute. Since 2001 she has focused on personal development and becoming as energetically clear as possible. She now enjoys teaching and sharing with others; releasing past negative experiences and conditioning, to be the best possible version of themselves. Bianca currently lives in northern NSW Australia, on acreage, with her husband and 2 children.

Lesson 1

Feeling And Releasing Shame

Learn some basic kinesiology exercise to support today's practice. We will then understand what the emotion of shame is, and how it came to be in your life. Then we move into a practice to shift and release held shame by reparenting yourself through this emotion.

Lesson 2

Feeling And Releasing Guilt

In this second lesson, we will address guilt. As you learn how to reparent yourself through the discomfort of guilt, you will begin to see how effective this technique is, and how you can apply it anytime you feel this emotion.

Lesson 3

Feeling And Releasing Fear

The final emotion we address in this short course, is that of fear. Learning how to reparent yourself through fear gives you a tool that you can use whenever you feel your nervous system going into fight or flight when there is no real threat.

Day three was exceptionally powerful and helpful for me. I would’ve appreciated more information on why the kinesiology techniques described are effective and how they work. I also would’ve appreciated a journalling prompt at the end of each session to stimulate more targeted reflwction.

Thank you for this beautiful course. I really enjoyed your voice and the words you chose resonated with me. I have a small request: Would it be possible to slow down the kineolosology instructions a little bit? I found them a bit to fast to follow in one sitting (especially the first one). Other than that, I really enjoyed this course.
