Love Your Lining IVF Transfer Visualisation

This meditation is for women who have done an IVF embryo transfer and are currently in their Two Week Wait. Connect with and visualise what is occurring deep within your womb. Create a space of love for the baby you deeply desire.

This is the love your lining visualization. I want you to make sure that you have some space and quiet time for yourself. So you don't want to do this when other people are around, You obviously don't want to do this when you're in your car. I want you to be able to close your eyes and just go within. So take the time if you need to pause and come back to this another time that's completely fine. Now either seated or lying down I want you to just settle yourself down. Take a deep breath in. Hold for a second and breathe out. Relaxing. Now I want you to just tap into your heart for a moment if you can sense the beating of your heart. Or you can just check in with your breath next to your heart in your chest. Just for a moment really centering yourself feeling into yourself. Now I want you to move your attention to your womb your beautiful womb that you've just spent several weeks and months preparing for this time right now. For this time of connection with your embryo with your M baby. For this time of development of hopefully a little M baby burrowing into your womb. I want you to see the red blood of your lining thick nutritious juicy just the perfect space for your little M baby to burrow in and make its home for the next nine months. See it as a warm nurturing supportive loving home for your baby. The baby that you love and adore and so want to meet. See it is almost like a mesh the cells form this interwoven mesh or tapestry that's spacious and loving and inviting it's like a home. I want you to make it as inviting and warm as you possibly can just like the space you want to have your baby in when they finally arrive. I want you to create that space within yourself in your womb a divine sacred space for new life for the absolute preciousness and miracle of this little M baby to develop in this space that is yours and yours alone. I want you to see it as a gift as a treasure as a very precious moment in time. And when your womb is as full of love as you can possibly imagine it to be see if there's any sort of color associated with it for you might be red it might be pink it doesn't matter. Now in this space of love I want you to imagine a white light coming down from the sky above through your crown the top of your head and into your body filling your head your brain your mind with white light travels down to your heart filling your heart with the same gold and white light pure potential pure love and then I want you to sense that white light coming into your womb filling the space with love with support with divine light from above every single cell in the mesh of your lining shining and glowing with life with love and with support for your beautiful embryo your beautiful M baby. Really feel that space feel the divinity within you. Tap into it and know you can return at any point in time to your connection with your lining your connection with that embryo within whenever you feel a little bit wobbly during this two weeks you can tap in and connect and feel the divinity growing within you.
