This meditation will help you create a safe space,
A safe space for you to come to whenever you're feeling as though things are a little bit challenging.
Close your eyes,
Pay attention to your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.
Now take charge of your breath.

I want you to picture yourself at the edge of a garden.
It's a very peaceful place and it's a warm summer's day.
We're surrounded by greenery.
In front of you is a flight of steps leading down towards the garden.

You step down the first step,
Sinking deeper into peace.

Stepping down again,
Feeling more calm.
Three,
Feeling the tranquility of your surrounds seeping into your body.
Two,
Sinking deeper into the feeling of calm and relaxation.
And one,
You are fully immersed in the peace of your surroundings.
You're in the heart of this very beautiful,
Serene,
Peaceful place.
The warm breeze gently stirs the leaves on the trees.
You spy a path and you begin to slowly walk along it.
It gently meanders through the garden.
You're not quite sure where the path will take you,
But what you do know is how good it feels to be in this place,
This safe,
Comfortable,
Easy place to be.
Butterflies and bees softly flitter past and around you as you continue on down the path.
You can hear the sound of birds calling to each other nearby,
But you can't see them through the trees.
This is the most peaceful place you can imagine being.
The path leads you to a bubbling stream.
The sound of the stream is so soothing and peaceful.
There is a soft,
Grassy patch right next to the stream under a tree.
You decide to lie down for a while.
Listening to the sound of the stream gurgling away next to you feels so relaxing.
You're almost melting into the ground.
You sense how the natural energy of this place heals your heart,
Your body,
Your mind,
And your soul with feelings of comfort and rejuvenation.
There's nowhere else you need to go,
Nowhere you need to be except for right here,
Right now,
Feeling blissful and relaxed.

It's time to leave.
Look at this dream one last time.

Wander your way slowly back along the path,
Making your way back through the garden.

Make your way back towards the steps.
It's time to head back.
Make the lovely feelings of comfort and ease that the garden has given to you.
