Be ready for something big! This course has, if you commit to the process, the potential to really shift your course on a deep level. It is not a beginner’s level course in my view as, to gain the full benefit, you will be working through a lot of uncomfortable self beliefs. So it is important to have a foundation of meeting difficult inner states with love and compassion and to have surplus in your life for some big inner work, at least for a few weeks. Having said that, there is a lot of support and compassion available in the guided process. I also recommend to take your time with it (I left up to a week in between each session to leave time for processing the things that came up). Finally, I really recommend this course for someone who is truly ready to dive deeper than you get to in most courses.
