Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this practice and in today's session I would love to speak about finding courage and hopefully it will be able to help you in finding your own courage.
So I want you to sit comfortably,
Really find comfort in your body,
Settle in,
Find a quiet spot where nothing will disturb you and I want you to close your eyes and let's start with taking several deep breaths with your nose,
Breathing in on count of three and then breathing out on count of five.
So breathing one,
Two,
Three,
Pause and breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Pause,
Breathing again one,
Two,
Three,
Pause and breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Pause,
Breathing again one,
Two,
Three,
Pause and now breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Take a deep breath now and breathe out deep your mouth,
Say it out,
Release,
Let go and notice how your body feels bring your attention inward,
Notice the state,
Notice if you have any tension,
Any constriction anywhere,
Maybe in your jaw,
In your shoulders,
In your back,
Just breathe in gently in those places and bring your awareness,
Your loving awareness and allow your whole body to relax,
Take another deep breath and relax.
And to follow your own truth you need to find the courage because being courageous is not about having no fear or no doubt,
It's actually about having those but still going forward.
So the fear or doubt or any circumstances they don't stop you from following your own truth,
From being in the integrity of who you truly are.
So in this practice I want you to connect to your inner knowing,
To your heart and all the courage that you already have inside so it can help you to move forward with what you need to do in your life.
So bring to your attention what exactly is there that you need to have courage for,
Is this something that you need to do or maybe you need to say or change whatever that is,
Bring it to your attention,
Just bring it and acknowledge it,
Observe the reaction that you body,
That your mind has to this.
If you feel any reaction just acknowledge it and keep observing.
I want you to notice what's painful around this or what's scary around this thing that you need to do.
Is there a fear of judgment or maybe fear to be criticized,
Fear to fail,
Maybe it's fear that it will be painful and uncomfortable but just overall a fear of change.
Just notice what's there and don't judge,
Don't try to fix it,
Really be present with it in this moment.
So now I want you to imagine what will happen once you do that step.
So imagine the worst scenario when that fear becomes a reality and I want you to imagine it in the most realistic way that it becomes a reality but you actually feel that it became your reality and that fear is there,
It's real.
Just allow this experience to happen for you observe it,
Acknowledge it and don't try to change it,
Really allow yourself to face this fear.
And when you do that notice is it that bad as you imagined as most of the times our minds they create whole illusion around something but in reality it's not even that bad.
So notice is it that bad?
Is this thing actually going to kill you if you are going to be judged or if you are going to fail or if something will be unpleasant and uncomfortable can you actually survive that?
So answer yourself honestly because there is a choice.
You can keep doing what you are doing and things will not change or you can take the slip of faith and push through and maybe face some uncomfortable things but in the result you will become closer to you,
To yourself,
To your essence and who you must become.
So ask yourself does it worth it?
This pushing through and comfort does it worth it to become closer to what you really want and I want you to connect to that inner knowing.
I invite you to put your hands on your heart,
Connect to your heart,
Feel it,
Feel your heartbeat and feel this inner knowing inside coming from you because you don't need anything from outside.
You have everything inside so connect to your inner knowing and really feel into it,
Really allow yourself to feel that what you need to do is right for you and it's worth of any effort,
Any uncomfort because deep inside you know it's your truth that you need to follow and you have the strength and the courage to follow it.
You absolutely do.
And in the moments when it's challenging I want you to ask yourself don't you want to know what's going to happen if you don't give up now,
If you keep doing what you need to do,
If you keep pushing through fears and doubts,
Don't you want to know what's going to happen and really connect to the vision what you are looking for.
So when you follow your inner truth it leads you somewhere,
Leads you to your vision closer to your essence and what's that for you?
Connect to it,
Feel it deeply in your heart,
In your being and ask yourself are you ready to face and comfort to get there?
And you know that deep inside there is a big yes and I will leave you for seven minutes to connect to this vision,
To your inner knowing that that's the right thing to do and keep holding your heart,
Being connected to it,
Into your body and keep taking deep breaths with your nose.
You you you you and I want you to take a deep breath now and just side out.
Notice how you feel now,
How your body feels,
How your mind feels,
What did you experience while connecting to your vision,
To your heart and just remember that you have the strength and the courage it's there inside and you are always able to access it.
