It can be done at any moment of the day,
Morning,
Afternoon or evening,
Whenever you want to take a pause to relax.
It will help you to reset your nervous system from being anxious,
Stressed or worried to a peaceful state and it will just make you feel good.
Make yourself comfortable.
You can be sitting or laying down,
Whatever feels good for you in this exact moment is perfect.
Just listen to your body and when you are comfortable just close your eyes.
I want you to take a deep breath with your nose,
Pause and breathe out with your mouth.
Breathe in again,
Hold and breathe out.
Once more,
Breathe in,
Pause and empty your lungs completely.
Notice how your body feels.
It feels already more peaceful and relaxed.
You feel safe,
Supported,
Held.
It's okay to let go now.
Simply keep breathing and relaxing.
Now imagine being on the beach.
You are sitting by beautiful water,
Your feet are in the sand,
It's so warm and it feels so pleasant to bury your feet deep into the sand.
It makes you feel so grounded,
So present,
So connected.
You can imagine yourself sitting there for hours looking in the distance,
Seeing water far away as your gaze goes.
It's so peaceful and beautiful here.
It's a true paradise.
Everything here helps you to relax and recharge.
You stand up now and get closer to the water.
It's so blue and crystal clear.
It's shining like a liquid light calling you to step in.
It's so peaceful,
Barely moving and so inviting.
So you step into water and your ankles get covered.
It feels so warm and pleasant.
So you take another step and another step.
Once water gets to the level of your knees,
You lay back on water and you're floating now.
The water is holding and supporting you.
You feel so light,
So pure,
So innocent,
Like the time stopped and there is nothing to think or to worry about.
It all doesn't matter now as you're just floating in this beautiful warm water that is so healing.
It helps you to relax,
To release,
To let go.
You can completely surrender to it.
Allow yourself to fully feel,
To be in this experience.
Imagine how water feels on your skin,
The sensation of floating,
The warmth of the sun on your face.
Take a deep breath and just be here,
Fully present,
Taking it all in.
I will leave you in silence for a little while so you can relax even deeper.
Keep your attention on your breath and keep imagining floating in water,
Being held and supported.
Bring your attention back to the body,
Notice how you feel now.
Take a deep breath in and release without breath anything else that is not serving you any longer,
That you're ready to let go of.
There is so much lightness,
Ease,
Peace in your body.
Now you feel completely refreshed,
So relaxed and recharged and you're ready to continue with your day.
