Welcome to this meditation.
It is here to support you if you're feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed and you have some time for this shorter practice.
I invite you to take a comfortable seat or lay down and embrace yourself in a hug whatever that is,
Holding your own arms or holding your ribcage or you can place one hand on your heart and another on your belly.
Closing your eyes as you're ready.
I invite you to take deep breaths all the way down into your belly.
You can count till four as you breathe in,
Then taking a breath pause at the top and then counting until four as you breathe out and taking a quick pause again.
Intentionally deepening and elongating your breath,
Helping your nervous system to slow down,
Inviting your body to soften and relax and noticing if any sensations,
Emotions are rising in this moment.
Allowing them to be,
Not trying to resist them even if they are uncomfortable.
Giving them a moment to be seen,
To express themselves and staying very present and observing.
Taking deep breaths in and out,
Allowing the energy just to be there and as you do so it will shift.
So being patient with yourself,
Accepting exactly where you are in this moment and being fully present with all of you.
Taking deep breaths in and out and allowing yourself to soften and relax even more.
And as you hold yourself in this precious moment and breathing deeply start repeating the mantra I am safe and all is well.
I am safe and all is well.
If it's possible repeat it at least several times out loud and otherwise repeating it silently is also perfectly fine.
I am safe and all is well.
I am safe and all is well.
And continue doing so,
Holding yourself,
Breathing deeply,
Allowing your own words,
Allowing the sound of the ocean to penetrate you deeply.
Relaxing and softening and letting go of all the things that do not serve you any longer.
I am safe and all is well.
And you can let go of the mantra now and take the deepest breath you took in this day so far.
And breathe out through your feet,
Grounding yourself back into your body,
Connecting to Mother Earth.
Breathe in again and breathe out through your feet.
Breathe in again,
Breathe out through your feet,
Connecting to Mother Earth just for a moment.
And if you are ready,
Opening your eyes,
Moving your toes,
Your fingers,
Stretching,
Returning back to your physical space,
Noticing how you feel.
And I hope that this meditation supported you and you feel much more at ease.
