Hello beautiful soul,

I'm so excited to have you here today listening to this practice.

This practice will help you to let go of whatever is bothering you at the moment.

Maybe there is a feeling of unease or you're feeling stressed,

Challenged in any way.

Either way you feel is perfect and this practice will be able to help you to ease it a little bit.

So in this practice we are not trying to fix anything or get rid of anything,

But it's rather here for you to be able to connect to it and to ease into it.

So I want you to take a comfortable pose,

I really suggest you to lay for this meditation.

I feel like it will bring you the best results if you can lay comfortably on your back,

Feel supported,

Have a pillow under your head and you also can put a pillow under your arms or knees.

So I really want you to get comfy and be able to sink in and relax.

So as you get comfortable I want you to close your eyes,

Just close your eyes,

There is nothing to worry about.

Get your senses into your body,

So feel into your body,

Bring your attention.

If you want you can put your hands on your belly or one hand on your heart and another hand on your belly.

So to create this sense of being hugged by yourself,

It can be so supporting to the body,

So I really recommend it.

So just take a deep breath,

Bringing the air to the belly,

So creating this air balloon in your belly,

Breathing in with your nose.

Then pause at the top,

Just for a bit and then breathe out completely with your mouth.

You can make any sounds you want,

It can be so relaxing to breathe out with the sound.

So take another deep breath,

Hold again and breathe out.

Just let go,

Let go completely,

Whatever you are holding in your mind,

In your body,

Just sigh it out.

And let's do another breath,

Breathing,

Pause and breathe out.

And just imagine how you are sinking deep into your bed and how everything in your body is relaxing.

And I want you to bring attention to all different parts of your body,

So bring attention to your head.

Notice how your forehead feels and relax it.

Subconsciously bring this relaxation to all the parts of your body.

Relax your eyes,

Muscles around eyes,

Your jaw,

Your mouth,

Your tongue,

Just relax the temples.

And bring this relaxation to your neck and shoulders,

Consciously relaxing.

Relax your arms,

Your hands.

Bring this relaxation to your chest,

Your upper back,

And go to the middle back and to your stomach area,

And to your belly,

And lower back,

Just breathe in your lower back and relax.

Bring your awareness to your hips,

And relax.

Go down to your knees,

Breathe into your knees.

Bring this awareness,

And then go down,

Reach your ankles and your feet,

And relax.

I want you to take a deep breath,

So take a deep breath into your belly,

And when you breathe out,

Imagine as you send this wave of relaxation starting from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

So with your out breath,

This wave goes from the top to the bottom,

Just relaxing.

So take a deep breath,

And just relax,

Imagining as this wave goes from your head to your toes,

Relaxing.

Take another deep breath,

And send another wave of relaxation.

Let's do it for the first time,

So take another deep,

Beautiful breath,

And just relax,

Relax every single muscle in your body.

Now I want you to bring awareness,

Just scanning your body and noticing,

Do you still feel a restriction in your body,

In some specific part of your body,

Or is there a feeling that you feel?

Maybe you still feel a sensation of worry or stress,

Just notice,

Just notice where it is in your body.

Our bodies hold these energies inside,

So it's so common to feel stress in one area and to feel worry in another area.

So as you hold yourself,

Like in a hug,

I want you to repeat this after me,

So your body can relax even more.

So just repeat,

In your mind or out loud,

What you feel is the right thing in this moment.

I am safe.

I am safe to let go now.

I am safe to release now.

I am loved.

I am held.

I am supported.

I am fully accepted.

The way I feel is perfectly okay.

I am here now for you.

I am here now to feel whatever there is to feel.

Take a deep breath now.

Maybe now with your mouth.

Just bring your conscious attention to any part of your body that feels restricted,

Whatever with a sense of unease or stress or worry or pain or any emotion,

Anything.

Just bring your awareness there and just be there,

Acknowledging and observing.

Not trying to fix anything,

But really being there for yourself,

For your body.

And bringing this love and compassion to every single part of your body.

So take this time to tune into these different parts of your body or if you don't have any specific sensation in one place,

Just connect to your body.

Breathe in into your body,

Into your heart space.

That's a great space to breathe into.

Having this intention to observe and bring love and compassion.

Being here for yourself and for your body and just noticing.

I will leave you for a couple of minutes so you can have this time for yourself and for your body really connecting,

Really being there.

And if something comes up,

Just allow it to be there so your body can release it easily.

You.

Do you feel a difference how your body feels now?

Is there any difference at all?

Do you feel more peaceful,

More relaxed?

Just notice.

Just notice how you feel.

Allowing yourself to be in this awareness.

In this connection to your beautiful body.

Sacred temple that you chose.

As you still hold your hands and your chest,

I want you to connect to your heart and just try to feel,

Even if it's difficult,

Just try to feel the gratitude for the body that you have.

That you're able to breathe and live and see this world and experience all this beauty and vastness.

And of course there's some challenges sometimes,

But just notice in how beautiful your life is and that there is so much to be grateful for and especially for this body.

Just feel this gratitude.

And also,

I want you to be there for your body because so many times we really forget about it and we're just stuck in our minds being anxious or worried but our bodies,

They need attention from us.

And the most beautiful thing is that when you connect to your body,

It is there for you and it's able to release any emotion.

And it is so simple,

You just need to connect to the emotion to the feeling you have and just be there for it,

Not trying to fix,

But really be accepting,

Loving or observing if you cannot love it you can be in the neutral space of observer.

So when you do that,

Your body releases for you.

All you need to do is just to hold space for it.

So I invite you,

Whenever you feel some tension inside your body,

Just connect to it.

And that's enough for a big shift.

That's what changes everything.

So you can move your fingers now,

Your toes,

Your feet,

Bring awareness of your room back,

You can open your eyes.

And I really hope you were able to connect to your body and to spend this time in your body because it deserves your attention and your love.

And I hope you feel more relaxed and connected now and you can continue with your day and see it in a more joyful way,

Hopefully.
