This meditation works best right before you go to sleep. This is the time when our minds are in the theta state - the border between the conscious and the subconscious worlds. It allows us to access the subconscious mind - an incredibly powerful tool that serves us in this practice to let go of the blocks. This session will bring you deep relaxation and help to have a wonderful sleep.

Hello and welcome to the deep guided relaxation for releasing subconscious blocks.

Today you will let go of subconscious blocks and resistances that no longer serve you in this relaxing healing meditation.

It works best right before you go to sleep,

But it can be done during any other time of the day as well.

Make sure you lay comfortably,

Get cozy with pillows and blankets,

Support your body in the way it needs to.

You may need extra support under your knees or arms.

Get ready to relax.

You simply need to let go and be present and your subconscious mind will do all the work for you.

The background music assists your deep relaxation and you feel like every single moment it helps you to get more and more relaxed.

Let go and allow your subconscious mind to do the work.

The subconscious mind loves shortcuts and this powerful shortcut will help you to release any blockages or resistances that you are ready to release.

The limiting beliefs will easily and effortlessly leave your subconscious mind without you doing much at all.

You just need to simply lay and relax and the rest will be done for you.

You are safe and supported and you are ready to completely let go.

Just lay and trust the process.

Relax your muscles,

Your jaw,

Forehead and the whole face.

Relax your shoulders,

Arms,

Chest and back.

Relax your legs.

Feel like relaxation is spreading across your whole body and it's getting heavy.

Pay attention to your breath now.

Make sure it is smooth and effortless.

You can start elongating your inhales and exhales.

You can inhale on the count of three and exhale on the count of five.

Now empty your lungs fully and completely and start inhaling.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One,

Pause.

Exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Pause.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One,

Pause.

Exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Pause.

Inhale again for three,

Two,

One,

Pause.

And now exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Repeat this cycle several more times.

Now you can allow your normal breath to return.

Notice the state of inner peace and relaxation.

Your subconscious mind is a creative genius that always works things out for you so you can continue moving forward with joy and ease.

You are always in control of the healing process,

Therefore you just need to allow yourself to let go now as deeply as you would like.

Allow the natural healing state within you to come in and bring alignment and coherence between your mind,

Body and spirit.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

You experience this meditation in the exact way you need right now and it is perfect for you.

Now imagine that you are looking down a balcony or a staircase that has 10 steps.

As you look down to these steps you are going to get in a state of even deeper relaxation.

By step one you will be completely relaxed,

Totally allowing and ready for the session.

To start with step 10 and you see and feel your foot is slowly reaching down to step 9.

Relaxing with every single step you move down to step 8 and go deeper.

Now you move down to step 7.

Your feet are getting heavy.

You can feel so peaceful and relaxed once you move to step 6.

You are now on step 5.

Halfway down the staircase and you are moving to step 4.

Feel the step with your feet,

Feel your feet move.

Move on to the step 3 and go deeper.

You are relaxing each muscle in your body as you move to step 2 and then to step 1.

Once you reach the bottom step you realize you are in the vast meadow of purple flowers with mountains in the distance.

The sun is blocked by dark heavy clouds,

It looks like there will be a storm.

In the distance you notice a colorful hot air balloon that is waiting for you to hop in.

You start walking towards it but you find it difficult as the wind is so strong and blowing against you.

You notice there is a lot of resistance and you are struggling to move.

You decide to look at the situation from another perspective and instead of resisting you become an ally with the wind.

You turn and lean back,

Now the wind will assist you to get to your destination safely and effortlessly.

Imagine that the wind scoops you up and you are riding the wind.

You are floating closer and closer to the hot air balloon.

The stormy weather is actually helping you rather than being in the way.

As you are getting closer you notice that there are 4 big sandbags tied to the basket from all 4 corners.

Each bag has a label.

Do you see the labels?

Each bag represents your experience,

Whether it is a blockage,

Resistance or a limiting belief that you've been carrying along in your own life.

Your mind automatically sees and recognizes the words on the sandbags.

You are easily able to identify the blockages that are holding you down as it is time to let them go.

You look down at your hands and you see a pair of scissors in them.

In order to allow the hot air balloon to fly you must cut the ties that hold it down and you are ready to do it now.

You look at the first bag and effortlessly and easily read the label.

You see it in your mind's eye.

What does it say?

It is easy to identify the struggle or resistance that has been holding you back.

You acknowledge that it led you to where you are today,

Therefore you feel gratitude for the lessons and the wisps it's brought you.

However you realize it no longer needs to be a part of you,

Therefore you take the scissors and place them against the string that ties the sandbag to the basket and you snip it.

Just like that immediately you notice how much lighter you feel.

You recognize there are more bags to snip and you go to the second one,

Read the label and acknowledge the resistance of blockage knowing that you absolutely needed to experience it but it no longer has to stop you.

It no longer holds you back as you are ready to snip the tie.

You hold the scissors again and snip the ties to the sandbag.

You experience even more lightness now,

You feel relief as you let go of the second blockage.

You make your way to the other side of the basket and find the third bag.

Take a moment to read the label,

Your subconscious mind knows which resistance it is but it also knows it's time to release it.

Pick up the scissors and snip the third rope,

Feel the lightness it brings.

Now continue to the fourth and final sandbag,

Notice the label and acknowledge the way it played out in your life.

This is the final resistance and it's the biggest one,

The heaviest bag of them all.

Feel gratitude for the lesson it gave you and realize it no longer has to hold you back.

Take the scissors and happily cut the rope to the last sandbag.

You immediately hop to the basket and feel the hot air balloon going up.

As you make your way up through the air,

Storm clouds clear one by one and the only clear sky gets left.

Now you're free,

Free to explore,

To be yourself,

Free from anything holding you down.

Notice how light you feel,

Feeling the sun's warmth on your face and knowing that from here now there are only blue skies and if a cloud ever comes you will go with the flow and won't resist it.

You will honor yourself and the circumstances as you're always prepared for any weather.

Enjoy the feeling of relief you have,

The relaxation,

The feeling of being safe and supported,

Loved and held,

The excitement that things are going to get better and better from now on.

As you are getting higher and higher,

You let go of anything that no longer serves and holds you back.

You are free here,

You are light here,

You release here and you let go here.

You have let go of what was holding you back and you're free now flying in the sky.

You release and let go.

You are now open to receiving any messages and guidance that you need.

You naturally already know what you need.

You are aware of your desires.

You float and float until you reach the top of the mountain,

You hop out of the basket and feel the sun on your face.

The whole body is filled with so much peace,

Joy and gratitude.

Remember that you can always return to this special place of yours to walk through any blocks and fly,

To release,

To let go.

You can remain in this space to receive more miracles and messages and enjoy this beautiful state or you can go to sleep straight away and receive a deep and wonderful sleep to wake up refreshed and renewed.
