Hello and welcome to this practice for healing your self-image.

It is perfect for working with your body image or your self-image around your personality,

So any traits,

Characteristics,

Or anything related to your self-image.

And you can pause at any moment of this practice to go deeper in specific moment,

So you're welcome to do that.

And I want you to sit comfortably,

Preferably with your spine straight and you can start settling in,

Connecting to your body,

Closing your eyes.

Let's take several deep breaths to anchor even deeper,

Breathing in with your nose and bringing the air all the way down to your belly and then releasing the air through your mouth.

Let's take a deep breath in and release.

Let's take another deep breath in and release,

Allowing the softness,

This relaxation to enter your body.

Let's take another deep breath in and relax.

I want you to notice how you feel,

So connecting at first to your mind and just checking how your mind feels.

And at any moment you encounter any sensations,

Emotions,

Anything that arises for you,

I want you to acknowledge it and just observe it,

So not trying to fix or change but being fully present with the experience.

So just check how your mind feels and acknowledge whatever you encounter.

You can use your breath as a way to relax and soften so you can welcome fully the sensations.

And I want you to connect to your emotional body,

So if there are any emotions present in this moment just acknowledge them and observe,

Softening and relaxing with every single breath.

And I want you to check your physical body,

Checking the muscles,

Bringing your attention to your face muscles and your jaw and relaxing if there is any attention.

I invite you to check your shoulders,

Your back,

Knees and if you find any tension anywhere just acknowledge it and observe,

Bringing your loving awareness to this space.

Let's take another deep breath in and just relax,

Sinking deeper into your body,

Becoming more and more aware of your internal world.

I want you to call all of your energy back home so you can be fully present for this practice.

So we welcome all the support available to us in this moment.

And now I want you to imagine as you're standing in this beautiful forest,

You can see there are these old tall trees around you,

There are different plants,

Maybe flowers.

Allow yourself to paint this forest,

Making it as real as possible,

Noticing the smells of the place,

The sounds.

I want you to look around and connect to the nature,

To its frequency,

Dropping in deeper into your body,

Connecting to Mother Earth.

Let's take a deep breath in and just relax.

And you notice now that in front of you there is this golden pathway,

So it leads you somewhere deep into the forest.

I want you to start walking this path and continue noticing your surroundings,

The smells,

The sounds,

Imagining as your feet move,

As you walk.

Every single breath helps you to soften and relax even deeper.

And as you walk,

You notice that somewhere in the distance there is an object standing and the path leads directly to this object.

And as you get closer you can see that there is this mural that is as tall as you are.

I want you to get in front of this mural and I want you to look into this mural and see your reflection.

Reflection of you in this moment,

The age you are,

And just noticing what you see there.

Being aware of sensations in your body and being fully present with whatever comes up to the surface.

And as you look deeper,

You start noticing that around your whole body there are these metal chains.

You can see them so clearly now around your neck,

Your arms,

Your body,

Everywhere.

And you realize how heavy they are,

So heavy.

And they've been with you all this time,

You just never notice them.

And these chains are representation of all these limiting beliefs,

These ideas and illusions you have around you,

Around your body,

Your persona.

All of these ideas that are not true and they're holding you back,

They don't allow you to shine fully,

To be fully you.

And I want you to connect to a chain,

Maybe you have this chain around your neck,

Just connect what's there,

What this chain represents.

What is the big illusion you have around you that brings you so much pain,

Suffering,

This sadness?

Identify this belief and I want you to connect to it and allow whatever wants to be surface to surface and just be present.

What's that belief?

I want you to feel the pain or sadness that is part of this belief.

And take a deep breath in,

Just relax,

Welcoming the experience,

Staying present.

Every single time in your life you feel pain,

It shows that there is misalignment,

Especially when we talk about these concepts you have around you.

Where is pain connected to this belief?

It means it's not true and it comes from the outside world.

It's projected by the industry,

By society,

This dogma,

All the programming that gets attached to us.

And I want you to ask yourself where is this limiting belief comes from?

What set it up?

And you can receive knowing or memory can arise,

Whatever that is,

Be fully present and welcome whatever comes up.

And just noticing if that came from your childhood,

Maybe there was an incident or event happened,

Maybe it just comes from the social media,

The outside world,

Whatever that is.

I want you to see that it came from the outside,

Even if you feel it internally,

It didn't come from your true essence.

Whatever you feel,

Not beautiful enough,

Not worthy and not good enough,

It didn't come from your true essence.

And I want you to see it very clearly now.

Whatever you are believing,

It's not true.

Take a deep breath in and just release.

It is not true.

You don't need to hold this weight any longer.

It's something that got attached,

But you have choice to let it go.

And as you look into your reflection,

I want you to notice all other beliefs that you can see that these chains represent.

And I want you to feel the pain,

Sadness,

Grief,

Whatever you experience that is connected to these ideas.

Take a deep breath in and just relax.

Just seeing how many things got attached to you.

And I want you to start taking these chains from you.

So just start taking them off and drop them on the ground.

Taking one by one,

Connecting to what they represent.

Take a deep breath in and release.

You can see that all the chains on the ground now and just notice how lighter you feel already.

And as you stare at these chains,

You can see that they turn into dust.

And the next moment the wind comes and it just swipes away all the dust that is left from these chains.

And I want you to open up and allow this wind to go through your body to swipe away whatever is left from these limiting beliefs,

These illusions you have around you.

And so it may take away whatever doesn't serve you any longer.

Take a deep breath in and open up and then release.

Allow the wind to take all these things away.

Take another deep breath in and just let go.

Making a choice not to carry all this weight with you any longer.

Take another deep breath in and release.

Allowing this wind to take away anything that holds you back and you're ready to let go in this moment.

And I want you to look back in this mirror and this time I want you to see how beautiful you are,

How perfect you are,

How you as an extension of the source cannot be perfect.

And it doesn't mean that at this moment everything went away and there is still no things that are limiting you.

It is a journey and you will go deeper and to release all the rest of the illusions you have.

But just notice in this moment what shifted.

Can you see more of yourself,

Of your true essence,

Of the beauty of the gift that you are?

To see the true you beyond the limitations.

I want you to notice that in your right hand you are holding this seed,

Bring it in front of you.

I want you to send your intentions to this seed.

You can have intention to create more self-love,

Self-acceptance,

To welcome all of you unconditionally,

To create more joy,

More peace in your life.

Just breathe your intentions into this seed.

Allowing yourself to enter this new level of self-love that became available to you today.

Take your hand with this seed.

I want you to move it closer to your chest where your heart is.

I want you to plant this seed in fertile soil of your heart and just imagine as this seed settles in your heart and you can see it starts growing its root,

Anchoring deeper in your heart as a new beginning for your self-love and self-acceptance and you seeing fully who you truly are.

Take a deep breath in and relax.

Just notice as this seed grows and it will continue growing.

You just need to water it with self-love and self-acceptance and it will become stronger and stronger every single day.

Place both of your hands on your heart connecting to this growing new beginning for your self-love and self-acceptance and I want you to connect to the gratitude you have for yourself and just bring into your awareness what are the three things,

At least three,

You are grateful for,

For yourself,

For your body or your whole being,

You as a person,

Whatever that is,

What you are grateful for.

I want you to connect and really feel it with your heart.

Just imagine now as this love,

This gratitude starts spreading from your heart to the rest of your body.

It goes into all parts,

All corners entering every single muscle,

Tissue,

Bone,

Penetrating every cell,

Every atom,

Going even beyond your physical body and filling in your field.

Just breathe in this love into all the parts of you and open up to receive this love.

Take a deep breath in and open up and just relax and allow.

Take another deep breath in to anchor this love into every part of your body and just relax and allow.

Breathe in to welcome all of you in this moment and just relax.

Giving thanks to yourself for being here doing this work,

Committing to yourself,

Welcoming all of you,

Starting this journey or continuing this journey of self-love and self-acceptance,

Going deeper and deeper every single time,

Seeing more and more of who you truly are,

Remembering who you truly are.

I honor every single one of you for being here and doing this work.

And as you feel comfortable you can start returning back to your room,

To the space you are in,

Moving your toes,

Your fingers,

Bringing back your awareness and opening your eyes when you feel ready,

Being gentle with yourself,

Allowing the time you need to get back into the space.

I'm sending you lots of love and wishing you many blessings so you may receive all the support you need in your journey.
