And I hope this meditation or better to say practice will bring you some soothing and nurturing and you will feel better after.
So it's perfect for anyone who feels lost,
Confused,
Not sure what to do with life,
The moment when you feel like what you had before,
It's not you anymore,
It doesn't fit you anymore but you're not sure who you are becoming and what you need to do,
Who you need to be.
So basically we find ourselves in this spot that we feel lost because we are somewhere in between.
But today I would like you to see it from a different perspective.
I know that it can be painful and scary so there can be so many emotions in this situation and they are all relevant,
They are all valid.
So I don't want you to judge yourself in any way if you feel frustration or any other emotion.
But I would like to suggest you to look at it from a different perspective.
So rather than being angry or frustrated or in the sadness that you are feeling lost,
Just bring some light into the situation,
Into your awareness.
Just take a moment to acknowledge that the reason you are feeling this way,
It's because you are changing,
You are becoming something more.
So it's exciting.
Look at this from this perspective,
How exciting this is that you are evolving and you are becoming more you.
Sometimes it can be frustrating and hard,
Especially in some stages,
But just remind yourself that every time you feel this way it means there is something big coming.
And sometimes we want this phase to go by very quickly,
But just try to be in the moment and to be present without attaching any time frame to it,
Just allowing to be.
And another aspect is that we want this thing to happen to us once so we can move with our life in a joyful way,
But sometimes you have rounds of this.
