Lesson 3
How Your Mind & Body Get In The Way
There are obstacles on the path to feeling all of your emotions. But they are the same obstacles we created ourselves. So they cannot stop us, but they will try. Not because we're on the wrong path, but because we told them to. So it's best to be aware of it before starting.

Lesson 6
Emotional Inquiry - Feel It In Your Body
As counterintuitive as it sounds the most important step is to allow yourself to experience your emotion. To separate it from the thoughts about the emotion or situation and the resistance or tension tied to it. We want to be able to practice recognizing an emotion as a "feeling" one which we're directly feeling in our body. That way we can learn to experience it and let it flow through without resistance.

Lesson 7
Emotional Processing - Move Your Body To The Emotion
The second most important way is to allow the emotion to move us, literally. Emotions are energy in motion. They encourage us to *do* something. So some emotions are best felt through a physical experience that it's asking us to have. It may ask us to curl into a ball and cry. It may ask us to hold ourselves tight. It may ask us to scream or punch or run or move. But learning to distinguish avoidance and resistance versus the genuine expression of the emotion can allow us to feel it regularly.

So to truly recognize our emotions from all sides, we must stop to examine the beliefs, stories, and thoughts that come up related to the emotion.

Lesson 9
Emotional Journalling - Write About It As Fast As You Can
Another of the best ways to experience emotions is to write about it. This serves several functions. It gives us momentum to feel the emotion. It slows it down to the pace that we can write. It gives us the opportunity to edit and understand what's happening. It also distracts our mind just enough to let it happen.

Lesson 10
Emotional Embracing - Bringing Love To The Emotion
The last thing to bring ourselves to wholeness is to love our emotion as it is, for what it gives us. The reason we struggle is we learned that this emotion would lead to a loss of love or experience of pain. So we learned to shun the emotion. So in order to become whole again we must re-associate the emotion with love. So we choose to see how this emotion is serving us.

Lesson 11
Closing - Emotional Yoga
This unfortunately cannot be done one time. But fortunately, every time you do it and with every subsequently unlocked emotion, life feels more vibrant. So we choose to keep practicing and keep carving out our edges until we truly do love and experience all of our emotions. So make emotional yoga a part of your daily routine.
