Nathalie Paul is a Spiritual Healer. She is a certified Unconditional Love Healing Practitioner, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Movement Facilitator (Personal Trainer, Ecstatic Dance Facilitator & Shaking Medicine Practitioner) and qualified Nutritionist. It is in early 30s that she experienced not only physical but emotional pain for the first time. She had been living in a repressed state until then. Dealing with pain led her to choose acceptance as a way to find inner peace. Nathalie is willing to embody her teachings and to share with you some powerful insights and practices to help you find inner freedom and step into the great potential that Life has to offer.

Two Practices To Help You Deal With Obsessive Thoughts After A Break Up

With this recording, I am offering my compassion to your tender heart. Get a pen and a journal. Get yourself comfortable. Grab yourself a cup of tea. Perhaps burn a delicious stick of incense. Choose your most beautiful cushion to sit on. The two practices I am sharing here can be individualized to your situation. Listen with openness once. Then take a moment to journal whatever comes up for you, without judging it; like pouring your thoughts on a paper. Remember to breathe and allow yourself to be emotional. Listen to it a second time on that day, if possible. As you hear it for a second time, surrender more to it. If my words do not resonate, change them to your liking. Those practices can then become a ritual, without having to listen to this recording. Sending Love.
