Welcome to this meditation.
I am about to share with you a very powerful practice.
Before I share,
I will give you the analogy of fitness.
When we want to maintain our fitness,
We basically allow some significant time to movement practice.
It could be every day,
It could be a few times a week.
We are going to have this time allowed for the workout.
When the workout is over,
We will go back to our lives and every now and then,
We may feel stiff,
We may need to release some stress or tensions.
And where we are going to release will be through a quick stretch,
A quick shake,
Maybe yawning,
Going for a walk,
Maybe breathing.
There will be some small practices during your day that will basically add up to your general fitness.
So here,
This is actually the same,
The practice I am teaching you is like a quick stretch.
It doesn't prevent you from doing some big inner work.
It's a practice that you can use anytime you need it.
So I am going to explain what it means.
If you are listening to this recording,
It's because there must be something that you want to change.
There is a pain,
A discomfort,
Maybe you feel stuck.
And so this practice is to deactivate the wound,
To balance yourself.
So I can promise if you practice this,
Within two weeks you could feel some benefits,
You could feel the shift.
Balancing means returning to your true essence.
Your true essence is peace.
Your true essence is easy,
Everything is okay.
There is no past and no future that is making me worrying.
I am.
This is the energy of our being.
So you want to go back there basically.
So the practice is the following.
At any time when you feel sensations coming up,
Emotions,
Maybe you know the sensation of heartbreak reaching your body suddenly,
Hitting your gut,
Maybe anxiety,
Maybe panic attack,
Maybe tension in the body.
Every time this happens,
The practice is to welcome it,
To talk to it silently in your head or maybe you want to voice it like I am doing now,
To allow the sensation in the body.
As you allow the sensation,
There may be some stories,
There may be something going on in your head.
I want you to use your mind.
Your mind is a very powerful tool.
So as you feel the sensation,
As you feel your emotions,
This is a work.
To talk to the story,
To talk to the thought and to literally say,
Okay,
You're here,
But I'm not feeling that.
Stop.
Get off the train.
I'm not feeling that.
Thank you.
It's not going to be easy,
My friend,
It's not going to be easy initially because you will want to dive into your thoughts.
It's like an addiction.
You're going to want to feed that story and stay with it until it's almost like complete in your mind.
But I want you to stop this process that is going on in your mind and that doesn't serve you.
So when you catch yourself thinking,
When you catch yourself just diving into a flash,
Something that happened before,
Just talk to it.
And maybe that's what you can do right now.
Maybe you can stop this recording and think about how would you talk to that thought.
In my experience,
In my case,
I really like saying some bad words and I tell the thought to literally,
Yeah,
Go away.
So this is a really powerful process.
Trust me.
It's not going to be easy,
But it works.
So I'm just summarizing here.
Feel what's going on in your body.
Talk to the story,
To the thought and tell it to go because you don't need it and you want to balance yourself.
This is the act of balancing,
Of returning to peace.
So talk to the thought,
Talk to the negative thinking.
You don't want that.
And in that moment,
It's about being super present.
So after you've talked to your thought,
Come back to where you are.
Come back to what you see.
Come back to what you can smell.
Come back to this present moment.
Within two weeks,
If you practice this every single time,
You will notice a shift.
And as I mentioned at the beginning of this recording,
It doesn't prevent you to do the big inner work.
This is like doing small,
Quick stretches in between,
But they are so important.
So I would love to know how you're going with it.
It's not going to be easy,
But the more you do it,
The more you're going to notice the effects.
