Here is a 7-minute soothing talk; where I share with you one of the pillars of any healing journey (physical, or emotional). My share stems from personal experience. I did sit by myself for a great number of hours... As a result of it, I received insights from a higher wisdom. I will share more. This is only the beginning of a series.

Hello my friend,

And thank you for being here.

My name is Nathalie,

I am a mindset coach and movement facilitator.

And in the next few minutes,

I would like to share with you what I believe is paramount in order to heal.

And when I say to heal,

It could be healing your body,

Healing your heart,

Healing your mind.

In order to heal,

One of the fundamental steps,

The one that cannot be avoided,

The one that is necessary,

Is to connect with yourself.

In any healing journey,

We may tend to look for solutions outside of ourselves,

Which is actually very valid.

We need the support,

We need the guidance.

We might also fall into this pattern of avoiding the present moment,

Because the now is too painful,

And it's understandable.

From experience,

I'm sharing with you that if you never connect with yourself,

You might never truly find inner peace.

You might stay in a state where you don't know who you are,

Which is a base for your evolution.

Whatever your evolution is supposed to be,

Your being is craving for your own presence.

Whenever the feelings are,

All those feelings need your attention.

I'll tell you a bit about my story.

During my journey with extreme physical pain,

I started a meditation practice.

I was showing up every single day on the same spot,

And I was staying there for hours.

I did a meditation practice for a few years,

Asking myself some deep questions and allowing things to come to me.

I was actually feeling the best in my worst.

I was feeling the best I could ever feel in my worst state.

It's after a few weeks of practicing that something started to shift.

I noticed that if I was really present for myself,

After 40 minutes,

Something was shifting.

I was not attached to my body,

And I was not attached to my mind anymore.

It may appear absurd,

But this is actually where I connected with myself.

I could sense that there was no more limits between my body and the rest.

I could sense an expansiveness,

A consciousness.

I was not my thoughts anymore.

I was a presence.

I felt a sense of deep fulfillment,

A sense of being complete.

I could feel that I was not alone.

I was actually alone,

But my being was connected with everything.

I realized I was in a receptive mode,

In a state where I could sense I could hear some truth.

I know without a doubt that this sense of fulfillment,

This sense of expansiveness,

Of connectiveness,

Would not have happened if I had not been able to embrace who I was in that moment.

It's when I decided to really face myself with the feelings,

The discomfort,

The pain,

The new person I was.

It's when I accepted it all,

And I could sense that inner peace.

My message to you is the connection with yourself is fundamental.

Everything that you will do outside,

Reaching out,

Getting support,

Will be necessary and useful for sure,

But until you have connected with yourself,

The part of you will never truly heal.

True healing means finding inner peace,

Finding peace with who you are in that moment.
