Through my experience,
I've been given some tools,
And today I'm going to share them with you.
So your pain may be physical,
Your pain may be emotional,
Know that it's all okay.
If you can't really identify what's going on but you feel like there is something is not right,
There is a lot of discomfort in your being,
You are in the right place.
So today I would love to share with you two concepts.
The first one is acknowledgement,
And the second one is acceptance.
So feel free to listen to this recording as many times as you need.
First of all,
I would love for you to sit with the concept of acknowledgement.
Basically no one wants to go through pain.
We don't like challenges,
We don't like pain,
We want to avoid that,
Right?
When we make a choice,
When we have a goal,
We know that it may be difficult,
So we are ready for it.
But there is a kind of pain that we don't want,
We have not chosen it.
So in our minds,
We may think I hate this,
I don't want this,
I wish things were different,
I can't deal with that,
I'm sick of it.
Why me?
So,
Over the next three minutes,
I invite you to acknowledge,
Maybe to voice it,
Maybe writing it will be your way,
But I invite you to stop the recording and without any judgment just let things out,
Acknowledge that it's been a really difficult path until now.

Acceptance is a paramount step in order to be at peace with who you are.
We have to accept who we are in this moment in order to create the next part.
So it's all about tuning in with the now and embracing this part of you that is in pain.
And maybe you think it's the big part,
Maybe it's the whole you is in pain and it's okay.
So acceptance is a major step.
And I know it can be really hard to accept where we are at.
So gently trust that you can do this,
You can accept yourself,
You can accept that pain.
And maybe in this moment you're thinking,
Ah,
If I'm accepting this pain,
Maybe I'm going to create more of it.
Maybe I'm just creating more pain in my life.

Trust me my friend.
In accepting the pain,
You are making friends with the pain.
Your pain needs you.
Your pain needs your attention.
Your pain is crying to get your attention.
So in tuning in with your pain,
In embracing it,
In accepting it,
You are basically liberating it.
You are not creating more of it.
Trust me.
So this is an invitation for you as many times as you want every day.
Take a moment,
Say it out loud or in silence.
I intend to accept my pain.
I intend to accept where I'm at.
And your intention will transform into a real state of I accept this.
