Hello beautiful friend.

This is a meditation to support you in your desire to rest,

In your wish to provide some deep relaxation to your body.

Maybe you are using this recording as an afternoon break.

Maybe you are about to go to bed and this is your way to fall asleep and get a good night sleep.

So whatever you are choosing,

Make sure you are in a comfortable position.

Make sure you are warm,

Hydrated.

And it's time to give yourself some rest.

It's time to let go of the tensions and to do so invite you to take a big breath in and to breathe that out.

Maybe you want to connect with your body and place your hands wherever it feels good.

Maybe it will be onto your heart.

Maybe you prefer one hand onto your belly and one hand onto your heart.

And as you sense the warmth of your own body,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in relaxation and breathe out all the tensions.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And every time you exhale,

Allow your body to melt a little bit more into your mattress or into the yoga mat that you are lying down onto.

Whatever position you have chosen,

Every time you exhale,

Allow yourself to drop more tensions.

Allow yourself to be held.

There is nothing to do.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Become aware of your face,

Your jaw.

And every time you breathe,

Relax your jaw a little bit more.

Allow your skin to soften.

Allow your lips to relax.

Allow your throat to relax.

Maybe you want to make a sound as you exhale.

Allow yourself to breathe out to sound.

Bringing awareness into your chest.

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.

Feeling your shoulders adjusting,

Noticing any tensions.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing more.

Allowing gravity to do its job.

Allow Mother Earth to hold you.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And if that feels right for you,

Making sure you are breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Bringing awareness into your belly.

And maybe if that feels right,

Putting your hands,

Both hands onto the stomach area.

And noticing the movement.

Do you need to relax a little bit more?

Looking up,

There is no need to tense.

Allowing your body to breathe.

Breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out all the worries.

Everything that doesn't serve you.

And now bringing awareness into your hips.

And as you exhale,

Sensing your hips relaxing a little bit more.

The ground is holding you.

Letting go of tensions.

Allowing Mother Nature,

Mother Earth,

Taking it all.

Allow yourself to hand over the weight of the tensions,

The worries,

The stories that your body holds.

Ah,

Making sound if you wish.

Allowing yourself maybe to stretch in that moment.

And now bringing awareness into your thighs,

The front part of your thighs.

Noticing tensions.

Noticing relaxation.

Now bringing awareness into the back of your legs,

Back of your thighs.

And holding your breath.

Your body is super relaxed.

You now bring awareness into your calves.

Bringing awareness into the front part of your lower leg.

Sensing your ankles.

And maybe doing really gentle circles one foot at a time as you are lying down.

Having awareness of your feet.

And gently,

Very gently stretching,

Circling them as you keep breathing.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Bringing awareness into your whole body.

From the feet.

Your whole leg.

Hips.

Your tibia.

Your chest.

Your arms are now really relaxed.

Your hands are really relaxed.

Your fingers are super relaxed as well.

Your head is heavy.

Your head is melting into maybe this pillow.

And the whole universe is now more present than any other time supporting you.

Imagine a beautiful blanket.

Silky blanket.

Covering your whole body.

This beautiful blanket has the colour of your choice.

It's covering your body so nicely.

You are wrapped in love.

This blanket is like the universe.

Present for you.

And the universe wants you to feel rested and nourished.

Allow yourself to drift.

Allow yourself to relax.

Receive the nourishment offered by the entire universe right now.

Your entire body is relaxed.

Your entire body is open to receive healing.

Recovery.

Nourishment.

From this moment that you deserve.

This moment is very precious.

It is a perfect moment where your body can replenish itself so you can act with your full potential.

You deserve this moment.

You can choose to relax more.

You can choose to drift off and sleep.

Or you can choose to go back to your day.

This meditation is available for you whenever you need it.

Whenever you need a moment.

Because you deserve to rest.

And you deserve to relax in order to shine again.

In order to shine again.

In order to shine again.

You need to relax.

Enjoy this beautiful moment.

And you can come back to it anytime.
