Very often the 'nothingness' brings up some hurts to the surface. With this guided practice, you will learn to acknowledge your emotions without judgment. It also includes guidance so you can open yourself to the knowledge that your future is made of possibilities. The music is designed to help you enter a state of deep relaxation and acceptance.

Welcome to this recording,

To your process of letting go.

Make yourself comfortable,

Make sure you won't have any distractions over the next few moments.

Invite higher self,

Your angels,

Your higher power and divine intelligence to support you over the next few moments.

Trust that everything will be perfect.

My name is Nathalie,

I'm a spiritual healer and it is my honor to be of service today.

In this moment,

As you are fully present for yourself,

There is a beautiful opportunity for you here to be truly honest with yourself.

Keep relaxing in this moment.

There is no judgment.

Whatever you feel is welcome.

Whatever you think is welcome.

There is an opportunity for you right now to acknowledge,

To recognize what you have been holding on.

What is this emotion that you carry with you each day?

And consciously or consciously is this fear?

Is this frustration?

Is it confusion?

Maybe sadness?

Take your time to identify what is this emotion that doesn't serve you but has been with you every single day.

I'm gonna repeat to help you finding out and maybe your emotion is actually not in this list.

Fear,

Anxiousness,

Confusion,

Frustration,

Anger,

Rage,

Shame,

Embarrassment,

Unworthiness,

That feeling of never being good enough,

Overwhelm,

Sadness,

Grief,

Not knowing,

Feeling upset,

Resistance to the emotions,

Numbness.

Take your time to identify this particular emotion that you would like to at some point unlearn.

But for now it's all about acknowledging what is it.

Take your time.

Do not judge yourself for whatever it is.

If you need to release,

To make a sound,

To let some tears go,

That's all welcome here.

You don't need to go too far.

You go as far as you want.

You are doing great as long as you acknowledge.

Your intention is to acknowledge this emotion,

Core of this unease,

This disease,

This discomfort,

This unhappiness that you know that can be dissolved.

I invite you right now to declare in your mind or out loud whatever feels right.

I want to unlearn and just mention the emotion that you want to to un-memorize.

Say it in your mind or out loud.

What is it that you don't want anymore?

Make your declaration now,

Internally,

Or voice it.

It is your time.

Go ahead.

Trust that you have been heard.

It's time for you to surrender.

Trust a higher wisdom.

Trust a divine intelligence.

Trust the field that you have been heard.

Now it's time to create a better outcome.

How would you prefer to feel?

Take your time to imagine right now how you would prefer to feel.

Forget the circumstances,

The reasons,

The excuses,

Why it would not be possible.

Just stay with your imagination right now.

How would you prefer to feel?

If you have a dream,

If you have some visions,

Allow them to be there.

But if you do not have the details,

It doesn't matter.

Simply be with the feeling.

What is this version of you that is waiting for you to step in?

What is this new identity of yours?

Stay there.

Stay there.

Stay there and relax into it.

Relax into it.

You are doing great.

Bring a smile to your face.

Bring a smile to your entire being from within.

How does that feel?

Stay there.

Keep relaxing.

Allow yourself to relax.

Allow yourself to receive.

Allow yourself to breathe into this very relaxing moment.

Allow yourself to relax.

This is the end of this process for now.

Know that you've been doing great.

You can repeat this process as often as you need.

Be kind to yourself.

Acknowledge your bravery.

Acknowledge yourself for gifting yourself this moment of relaxation and deep healing.

Thank you. This was my first big step in letting go of anxiousness. Anxiousness does not serve me well. Instead I am now on the path to feeling calm and content and living in the present moment. I will repeat this process as necessary so that I reinforce this positive change.
