Lesson 3: The Power of Rest and Stillness - Understand how important slowing down is and shifting from the doing to the being. Lesson 4: Stopping the Spiral and Taming The Monkey Mind - Learn what it means to tame the ‘monkey mind’ to stop the negative thought spiral. Lesson 5: Breathing Techniques for Anxiety Relief - Learn how to use your breath to recalibrate your nervous system. Learn breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and increase relaxation. Lesson 6: Shaking Technique - Learn how to use your body to release stuck energy, interrupt anxious thought patterns and activate the relaxation response. Lesson 7: Grounding Techniques to Regain Presence - Learn a simple grounding technique to reorient yourself in your space and come back to the present moment. Lesson 8: The Role of Gratitude, Self-Compassion and Reframing - Learn techniques for cultivating gratitude and compassion towards yourself. Meet your Teacher

Eileen Rose Miles is a Meditation Guide and Mentor and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Eileen's journey with meditation and mindfulness really began when she was young. She struggled with low self worth, anxiety, negative body image and disordered eating throughout middle school and into college. Meditation and yoga became one of the many things that really helped her transform her inner dialogue and heal her relationship with her body/mind. Eileen learned a variety of meditations and mindset techniques to release the harsh inner narrative. Eileen now has a passion for helping others go on their own inward journey to acceptance and healing through meditation. We all struggle with something: anxiety, self doubt, low self esteem, depression, racing thoughts, lack of self worth, low confidence and more. Meditation and what Eileen calls 'Mindset Training' are powerful tools to help you feel more peace, confidence and presence.

Most of us feel we need to DO more in order to free ourselves of anxiety when really we just need to BE. You will learn some ways you can bring slowness into your life and become a 'well-rested human.'

Lesson Four is all about becoming aware of and understanding the monkey mind. You can stop the negative thought spiral and tame the monkey mind. In this lesson you will learn about the way meditation shifts the brainwaves which can create more space between each thought.

Breathing Techniques For Anxiety Relief

Lesson Five includes four incredibly powerful breathing techniques to help soothe your nervous system. Each of these breathing techniques is an offering. The goal here is to help you discover a breathing technique that resonates so you can always turn to it when you feel a wave of anxiety.

Shaking Technique

Lesson Six is a powerful one. You will learn the 'Shaking Technique' to interrupt anxious thoughts with movement. Anxiety is energy. If we avoid and judge it, it gets stuck. You can shake to help move it through. This moving meditation technique is exactly what is sounds like, shaking the body to release stuck energy, activate the relaxation response and shake out stuck emotions. *FYI: this technique includes drumming music for shaking technique section

Beautiful course 🌸 To be honest, I feel in the middel of a wild ocean. I have a lot of doubts about the relationship I am in, because the person is triggering me to much and is can be quite hard to me when it happen, so I also become more hard to myself and makes me sad and insecure.
