You can free yourself from the harsh inner critic and reconnect to your inner friend. Lesson 1: Awaken Your Own Love. There is no love like your own. Explore practical tips to activate the self love within you. Lesson 2: A Shift In Perspective. It is all about how you see yourself. Nothing needs to change about you. You just need to change how you see you. Lesson 3: The Power of Discernment. The Inner critic tends to shout while our true self/inner friend whispers. Lesson 4: Choose To Take A New Path. Our mind is used to the well worn path of the thoughts and beliefs of the inner critic. This lesson includes a powerful visualization meditation to reframe the mind and choose a lighter path of love, compassion, and acceptance. Lesson 5: Practice Self Compassion + Inner Child/Teen Work. It is a conscious choice to choose self compassion and acceptance. Lesson 6: Free Yourself From The 'Not Enough Mentality.' Somewhere along the way we started to believe we are not enough. Lesson 7: Remember Worthiness. This lesson includes a powerful shaking meditation to get out of your mind and into your heart as well as a self love hugging practice. It is encouraged to have a journal nearby for some of the lessons and to reflect after each lesson if you'd like.


Meet your Teacher

Eileen Miles is a Meditation Guide and Mentor and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a Meditation Guide on Insight Timer and leads her very own Meditation Teacher Trainings. Eileen's journey with meditation and mindfulness really began when she was young. She struggled with negative body image and disordered eating throughout middle school into highschool. Meditation and yoga became one of the many things that really helped her transform her inner dialogue and heal her relationship with her body. Eileen learned a variety of meditations and mindset techniques to release the harsh inner narrative. Eileen now has a passion for helping others go on their own inward journey to acceptance and returning to love through meditation.

And when you are able to choose what thoughts to listen to you will feel freedom from unnecessary suffering.

Free Yourself From The "Not Enough Mentality."

Somewhere along the way we started to believe we are not enough. Reflect on where this energy and belief of ‘I am not enough’ came from. Recognize that it is a belief outside of you that you are carrying… you are capable of setting it down and releasing it.

Remember Worthiness

This lesson includes a powerful shaking meditation to get out of your mind and into your heart as well as a self love hugging practice. Once you shake it you can settle into what is true and real. You can return to your own love. Your inner critic does not serve you. You have an inner friend. It’s time to listen to your inner friend.
