Allow yourself to completely be as you are,

Right here.

Closing down the eyes if you'd like.

Breathe into the feelings that are existing within you.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Allow yourself to really soften into the experience of being you right now,

Without anything to stress or change,

With no judgment.

Shift into loving awareness.

Give yourself this gift of allowing yourself to feel,

And not going anywhere,

Staying by your side.

Letting go of any good or bad labels.

Allow the feelings to just wash over you.

Loving awareness.

There is no room for judgment here.

You are free to feel.

My friend,

It's normal to feel conflicting emotions.

Allow it all to coexist.

You are human.

Your feelings are proof that you are alive.

Loving awareness.

Breathe in,

Breathe out slower.

What if the problem wasn't how you felt,

Or how you feel?

What if the problem is the judgment,

The shame?

That is what actually causes suffering.

In this moment,

Can you decide to let go of judgment?

Give yourself the peace of feeling.

Give yourself the peace of emoting.

Allowing emotions to flow through.

And as your emotions flow through you,

Judgment is not present.

Only freedom,

Ease,

Acceptance.

Let it go.

Curled up on the couch.

Allow yourself to just be in solitude,

Without judgment,

Without guilt.

Unplugging from the world doesn't mean that you are being reclusive,

Unfriendly,

Or that your progress is interrupted.

It is an act of self-love,

By listening to what your mind and body need in that very moment.

Slowing down and merely being with yourself is part of the process of becoming whole again,

As it allows you to reflect,

Realign,

And rebirth.

You must shamelessly give yourself space for it,

Without judgment,

Without guilt.

Be in solitude.

Sink into this loving awareness even more right here.

If your heart could speak to you in this moment,

What would it say,

What would it whisper?

Become aware of the ground beneath you,

Feeling held and supported.

Feel this new energy within you,

This acceptance,

This non-judgment holding you.

Feel the warmth of your own presence wrap around you,

Taking the gift of allowing yourself to feel.

Notice your surroundings,

Without opening your eyes,

Visualizing what's around you.

Notice any sounds near or far.

Carry this practice of loving awareness and non-judgment with you.

You are worthy of your own love.

Breathe out,

Gently fluttering your eyes open if they were closed,

Take your sweet time coming back into your space,

Maybe finding some intuitive movement gently.

Be kind to your mind,

From my heart to yours.

Thank you Eileen for this beautiful track listening to what I really needed to hear. I have gone through a lot of self judgement and shame overtime when I have failed someone or felt I did not give my best.

Five-star for several reasons. First, some technical comments. There is no bell at the end. I wish bell/No bell was part of the meditation description was still a feature of the insight timer application. It’s not uncommon for me to want to meditate as I’m falling asleep or if I want to have the option of falling asleep. The volume could’ve been a little bit louder for me, but it was just fine if I set my phone next to my head in the bed.  Now for the important stuff! I’m dealing with tremendous grief and this guided meditation gave me the space to nonjudgmentally experience the feeling of grief in my heart. I think the combination of background noise, tone of voice, and message were just perfect. I'm going to bookmark this and come back to it again and again, because I’ve got a lot of emotion to process and sometimes it’s difficult to do so in a nonjudgmental fashion. I look back at my son‘s life and death and sometimes judgment sneaks in. There are things I could’ve done differently, of course, but overall, my wife and the rest of my family really stood up and supported him as the cancer literally ate him alive. When you asked, “What would your heart say to you?” Mine responded with, “F*CK!” What a roller coaster we’ve been on. We’ve had all the most difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences you can imagine. Thank you for providing this space for me. I know it’s been therapeutic, I know it. I’m going to come back to it again and again. I’m marking you as a favorite and I’ll listen to some of your other guided meditations as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm gonna put in a little something for your trouble as a donation to support your work. I have deep gratitude for what you’ve done here.

So greatly appreciated your words today ( and most days). Thoughts from years ago that only take away from today are tiresome. Be kind to your mind has become my new mantra. Be well and blessings
