This 10-day course takes a holistic, mindfulness-based approach to overcoming work-related anxiety. It explains the physiology, as well as the psychology of anxiety and provides practical, effective tools for managing its symptoms. It helps you identify the underlying triggers for your anxiety and build the necessary inner resources to reduce your susceptibility. In doing so, the course aims to develop your sense of self-belief and support your health and well-being generally. Each session is a combination of coaching and meditation practice, followed by everyday mindfulness, to incorporate into your daily life and bring about lasting change.


Meet your Teacher

Linda has over 25 years' experience in the integrative healthcare field as a healer, personal development coach, and meditation teacher. She is qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, and Emotional Freedom Technique. As well as running her own private practice, she works as a psychology practitioner for the Optimum Health Clinic Foundation, leading worldwide specialists in stress-related conditions, ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and fibromyalgia. Linda has extensive experience in helping people deal with stress and anxiety through learning how to manage their autonomic nervous system's stress response. She helps people support their own health and well-being through a combination of mind-body awareness, meditation, and everyday mindfulness.

Positive Self-Talk

In this session, we look at the role your internal dialogue plays in managing and overcoming your anxiety. We explore the power of positive thinking and affirmations.

Lesson 7

Using Your Imagination In A Positive Way

In this session, we look at how the way you picture things in your mind’s eye can help you overcome anxiety. We explore using your imagination in a positive, supportive way.

Lesson 8

Living From Your Centre

In this session, we look at how to live from your centre and empower yourself to help you overcome anxiety. We explore building your self-belief, learning to express yourself clearly, and establishing appropriate boundaries.

Transforming The Energy Of Anxiety

In this penultimate session, we look at how to reframe anxiety. We explore how you can transform its energy into excitement and use it to support yourself.

Lesson 10

Reviewing All That You’ve Learnt

In this final session we go over the main points the course has covered. We explore a longer, fuller meditation combining mindfulness, grounding, self-compassion, positive visualization, and affirmations.
